Looking at the guild staff who was smiling at him, Xi En spoke after pondering for a moment.

The staff then eloquently apprise Xi En on the requirements.
“You may already know this but I’ll still fill you in on what’s an Adventurer and the objective of the Adventurers Guild.”
Just as Xi En had previously discovered, Adventurers were people who undertook adventures as their profession. They accepted various quests as their work. They were located all over the world in different countries.
At the beginning, they appeared when the war had just ended a thousand years ago. To mitigate the damages the war had brought and the shortage of labor, the profession was thus justified. Working for commissions, they fulfilled the requests of the people who posted the jobs and assignments.
Later on, they eventually became the Adventurers of today.
To this day, the Adventurers were ubiquitous in Omnipaltansen. They were the ones whom the leaders of the world depended on and were deeply trusted by the public.
The Adventurers Guild was the organization all the Adventurers belong to. It was responsible for managing the Adventurers. On behalf of the Adventurers, it undertook the missions and tasks from various places, classifying them according to their difficulty level so that the Adventurers could then choose from the shortlisted selection.
There was at least one Adventurers Guild in each and every town and city of the countries in the world. The guild’s headquarters was located in the place of origin of the Adventurers, the capital of the Mithra Kingdom. Lamigione, where Xi En happened to be currently, was in The Mithra Kingdom. The kingdom was also, by far, the largest country.
Xi En wanted to know more about the country, but the staff did not seem to offer any further information. There had also been a war a millennium ago and something about the various races which the staff mentioned. Xi En was curious but held back the urge to ask further.
Since he entered Lamigione, Xi En had seen many unbelievable creatures along the way. There were orcs with bestial ears and tails, gnomes which were huge but short, and even elves with pointy ears and other weird features.
These mythical races which exist only in legends in Xi En’s previous life now appeared in this town and were seen in the Adventurers Guild too. They mingled harmoniously with the humans. It all felt like a fantasy.
There were not only humans in this alternate universe, but creatures of other forms too.
After all, if the deities and the Devil existed, anything else was conceivable too.
In spite of it, Xi En was piqued by the war which happened a millennium ago. It seemed to be common knowledge in this world. However, the guild staff did not seem like she was going to elaborate further.
Xi En could only suppress his curiosity and continued to listen. And so, the staff moved on to the part that mattered.
“To become an Adventurer, one must reach the adult age stated for each race. Humans and orcs – 15 years old, gnomes – 50 years old, and elves – 150 years old. One must be at Level 10 or above. All the above are the prerequisites to become an Adventurer.”
“There are also rank differences among the Adventurers.”
“Adventurers at Level 10 or above are Class 1 Adventurers and will be given the Class 1 Elementary Iron Medal by the Adventurers Guild.”
“Adventurers at Level 20 or above are Class 2 Adventurers and will be given the Class 2 Intermediate Bronze Medal by the Adventurers Guild.”
“Adventurers at Level 30 or above are Class 3 Adventurers and will be given the Class 3 Advanced Silver Medal by the Adventurers Guild.”
“Adventurers at Level 40 or above are Class 4 Adventurers and will be given the Class 4 Expert Gold Medal by the Adventurers Guild.”
“Adventurers at Level 50 or above are Class 5 Adventurers and will be given the Class 5 Special Platinum Medal by the Adventurers Guild.”
“Adventurers at Level 60 or above are Class 6 Adventurers and will be given the Class 6 Prestige Mithril Medal by the Adventurers Guild.”
“Adventurers at Level 70 or above are Class 7 Adventurers and will be given the Class 7 Honor Obsidian Medal by the Adventurers Guild.”
“In theory, the Class 7 Adventurers are the highest class of Adventurers. Our guild that spans the world only has 33 Adventurers of this class. Four of them are at Level 80 or above while only one is at Level 90. They’re still called Class 7 Adventurers, and they carry the Class 7 Honor Obsidian Medial. However, these five Adventurers have a different status compared to the other Class 7 Adventurers. They’re warmly and enthusiastically received all over the world. A selected few among them are even titled honorary nobilities. At times, they’re commissioned for tasks which determine a nation’s fate or are requested directly by the royals. They’re truly very famous.”
“Our guild welcomes anyone to join and hopes to see our members remain active as Adventurers across the whole world. As long as they haven’t lost their “Blessing”, we won’t reject them.”
Xi En raised his brows at that. “Blessing” was a loaded term.
The guild staff, not knowing what Xi En was thinking, retrieved a device and placed it on the counter.
It was a hovering crystal, a device which looked like a mini globe but was not mapped.
“This is the Magic Detector. It has the same effect as a Level 6 “Identification” skill. It can detect the level of those below Level 70. Naturally, it can also detect skills below Level 7, although it can’t detect exclusive and special skills. In addition, it can detect the presence of a “Blessing”. Even when it can’t identify which god the blessing comes from, it’ll glow white so long as you have a “Blessing”, otherwise, it’ll be black.”
The staff rambled on.
“Please place one hand on the top of the Magic Detector.”
