Not long after they left, Locke heard the sound of a window opening in the room. Locke quickly pushed the door open and realized that it was locked! Helpless, he forced open the door and rushed into the room.
Princess Vicki had climbed down from the window with a blanket again. She had just landed and was choosing a direction to escape in.
Helpless, Locke could only cast a light body spell on himself. He jumped down from the window and chased after her.
As he followed behind her quietly, Locke realized that Princess Vicki was even more irresistible than he had imagined.
When he reached the food street, he was attracted by the food there. He found a shop with decent renovations and walked in. Then he ordered a bunch of food on the table and sat down to eat.
Locke arrived not far from her, quietly observing this beautiful woman with blue hair.
Princess Vicki, who had calmed down to eat, seemed to be quite familiar with the food. Even though she had ordered a table full of food, she did not wolf down the food on the table.
Although Locke kept staring at her, she didn’t think much of it. The main reason was that Vicki didn’t know Locke at all.
After the previous incident, this was the first time she had seen Locke. When he was talking to Smythe outside, she was preparing to run away, so she did not hear what the people outside were discussing.
Locke waited for more than an hour across from her before Vicki finally finished eating everything she had ordered.
After she was done eating, she stood up and rubbed her full belly. After paying, she left. Locke followed her down a street and finally stopped in front of an accessory shop. She walked in and started to choose. Soon, she found a small yellow hair accessory that she liked. After the waiter passed her the hair accessory, she looked into the mirror and picked up the hairpin with the picture of a cute chick.
“This is perfect! How much is this?”
“This is an item made from yellow gems, it’s 50 silver coins!”
Princess Vicki took out the money without hesitation. After paying, she skipped out of the shop.
Although Locke wanted to go up and talk to him, there was no opportunity for him to do so. He could not just rush up to her and say, “I’m your future fiancé!”
Of course not, because she hated this marriage to begin with.
It took Princess Vicki an entire morning to walk through all of Hessler’s prosperous streets. Feeling extremely bored, she followed the street to the south gate. Once she left the south gate, she walked toward the coastline.
As she waited on south of the shoreline, the three-headed water dragon approached her. After roaring a few times in Locke’s direction, it turned into a ray of light and returned to Vicki’s back.
She glanced in Locke’s direction, then shouted in his direction, “Stop hiding! You’ve been following me the whole way. Come out quickly!”
As expected, he was discovered by her three-headed dragon. Helpless, Locke could only walk out from behind the boulder.
“Hello, Princess Vicki! I am Reynolds Locke!”
After Locke came out, because he was very handsome, she was immediately stunned on the spot.
“I thought Reynolds Locke was an ugly fatty! You look completely different from what I imagined!”
Hearing this, Locke almost fell to the ground…

The two returned to the hotel, and Locke immediately brought Vicki to his room. “How do you think we should handle this?”
Since he had no way of resolving this matter, Locke decide to pass the ball to this naughty princess.
She lowered her head to think, then turned around and started pacing back and forth!
“How about this? Since neither of us wants to get married, from today onward, the two of us will not interfere with each other’s lives. I’ll move to the Dunmei Kingdom. You do your thing, I’ll do mine! As for the marriage, the two of us are unable to resolve it. We might as well not resolve it!”
Hearing this, Locke could not help but admire Vicki’s ability to stir up trouble. However, Locke’s main purpose for looking for her today was not the marriage but to find out more about the background of the four people from before.
The four of them did not seem like real people. They seemed to be human puppets. It was possible for one to control humanoid puppets from afar. That must be why they could create such a huge explosion underground!
“I have something to ask you. I hope you can help me!”

“Did you gather any information from the four men who kidnapped?”

Because Vicki had fainted so suddenly, she had forgotten many things. After thinking for a few minutes, she yelled, “I remember now! They say that they are the emissaries of God, and they are creating disasters on behalf of God!”
After hearing this, Locke frowned.
“On behalf of God? This must be a cult!”
Locke had never heard anything about God ever since he came to the Faust Dragon Continent!

Princess Vicki immediately waved her hand and said, “You don’t need to worry about my personal safety! My three-headed water dragon has returned to my side. Upon hearing this, Locke left the room silently, allowing the wilful princess to do as she pleased.
However, a moment later, Locke thought of something.. ‘Isn’t that my room?’
