Without much hesitation, Mina made a call to her cousin in front of Jian Sangyu and booked an appointment with her cousin. Then she hung up her phone.
“Mina, when I get famous one day, I will give you free autographs, dozens and dozens of them!” After Mina hung up the phone, Jian Sangyu took hold of Mina and kissed her right on her cheek.
“Then I will be waiting for that day to come.” Mina smiled brightly. “I haven’t seen you happy for ages. Sangyu, living means living happily. That is the key point, isn’t it?”
Mina massaged Jian Sangyu’s head like an older sister. Whether or not a person is truly happy could be judged from the look in their eyes. Mina thought that the Jian Sangyu of today had been the one she had been looking forward to seeing for a very long time.
She had no idea what Gu Chen had said to Jian Sangyu after he returned home yesterday so that Jian Sangyu had changed so tremendously. But those changes were all good ones in Mina’s opinions.

Jian Sangyu had been worried that she would not have recognized the woman after so many years’ apart, yet unexpectedly, the moment Sister Ting walked out of the elevator, Jian Sangyu recognized her instantly.
“Sister Ting!” Jian Sangyu called out at the woman who was walking towards her. Seeing that Zhong Yantian had not recognized her at all, she said again, “Sister Ting, I am Jian Sangyu, Mina’s good friend!”
Zhong Yanting patted her head and let out a sigh of understanding. “Now I recognize you. You are as pretty as before. Come, let’s go to my office.”
Zhong Yanting was a very capable woman who never delayed doing anything. She was always very quick in actions.
With Jian Sangyu next to her, she led her to her private office. Zhong Yanting was a golden agent of Star River Entertainment, so her office was the most magnificent one of all.
“Mina told me on the phone that you want to be an actress.” Because of Mina, Zhong Yanping said to Jian Sangyu in a straightforward way. “Honestly, you are probably a bit too old to become a star now.”
Jian Sangyu also was aware that she might be a bit too old to become an actress. That was why she had asked Mina for some help.
Seeing Jian Sangyu lowering her head and looking so pitiful, Zhong Yanting raised her hand and patted Jian Sangyu’s head as she smiled. “It is okay, as long as you are gifted and willing to work out, age is just a number. The key point is, however, that I heard from Mina that you are already married?”
Age was not a key point if one wanted to be active in the entertainment industry, as long as that person had excellent enough qualities. Jian Sangyu looked naturally pretty and with an outfit change, she could claim that she was two or three years younger. After all, making a false age in the entertainment industry was a very common trick.
But becoming an actress after getting married made it difficult even for an experienced agent like Zhong Yanting. Be it a male star or a female star, their road ahead would be quite limited if they were married.
“So being married won’t work?” Jian Sangyu thought for a moment seriously and then said with a bright smile. “Being married won’t be a problem, I can go home and get divorced.”
