“This..this big brother, please halt your steps.” The mage player called upon Chu You, who was preparing to leave.

Chu You turned around and looked at the mage with a smile to curry favor with him. He did not give any replies and calmly looked at them.

Indeed, he had the bearing of a big brother.

The mage player took a step forward. “Big brother, how do we address you? We are from the Sun Shadow council. Allow me introduce myself, I am Sun Shadow Follow Wind. Can we be friends?”

Players couldn’t view each other’s username. In Heaven, there was no way that every player’s name, union and nickname would be written above their heads, unless they were forming teams or becoming good friends, in which case they would be able to know the names of each other without having to ask. If not, everything had to be done through interacting to obtain information.

The levels could be seen. However, if one player was more than 5 levels above another, the player with the lower level would only see a question mark above the party with the higher level.

Chu You tilted his head slightly. “What union…don’t you only get to start a guild after changing occupations?”

“Hehe, of course. After our men reach the level to change their occupation they will immediately start a guild. Currently we have a scale of 500 members…”

Chu You waved his hand, and interrupted the other party from finishing his words. “Can you just cut to the chase?” Chu You was very busy; he had no time to speak leisurely.

Oh this big brother is rude.

Maintaining his smile, the mage player said, “Er…I hope you can sell us the skills book you just got. I guarantee that you will be satisfied with the price. You can just care about listing the price.”

Sun Shadow Follow Wind knew that a skilled player like Chu You was usually from a big union or large team, and he could forget about getting Chu You to join his own union. The most important thing was to obtain the skills book of the other party, as he had just found out that Chu You did not use the skills book to practice, but instead stored it in the floating bag above. This either indicated that he still couldn’t practice at this point in time, or it meant that this was not the skills book of Chu You’s occupation.

At the start of the game, gaining a skills book greatly increases the likelihood of levelling up. The more experienced a player was, the greater the advantage a player stood to have during fights in the instance game. Sun Shadow Follow Wind did not want to let go of this opportunity to train the higher level players in his union.

Chu You shook his head calmly. “I’m not selling it, that is all.” After he finished his sentence, he turned around and continued walking straight without looking back once.

“What kind of person is that?” the priest standing at the side said discontendly. He had never seen anyone this haughty before.

Sun Shadow Follow Wind looked somewhat displeased. He had already swallowed his pride, however, Chu You was not grateful in the slightest bit. Not only was the deal unsuccessful, but it ended on bad terms as well. Although the union he was from was not that big, there were still 500 people nonetheless. As the vice president of the union, there was pride and dignity at stake.

Looking at Chu You’s slowly disappearing back, Sun Shadow Follow Wind’s face darkened.

Chu You was not affected at all. In his previous life, Chu You was someone who even players of president level in large teams and big army teams had to show respect for at the start of the game. Furthermore, Chu You had already seen many cases like these of people trying to collect gear. A successful deal meant that the two parties were collaborators. If the deal was not successful, then it would result in you getting bombed. The two players from earlier were merely hiding their murderous intent behind their smiles.

A Lot of the grudges from Heaven all started from petty things, so much so that some of these grudges were straight up ridiculous. As the second world, many people displayed their dark side more here, so it was totally up to their personal preference to do things that angered others.

This was a totally messed up world, a world without any morals. If you failed to get this point, you could only continue suffering losses.

In his heart, Chu You thought that as long as it did not affect himself, he could turn a blind eye to it. Just like the scenario earlier on, if he was level 1, that would have definitely ended with a fight. It was because Chu You himself often bumped into occasions like these at the later part of the game.

Therefore, Chu You acted in that manner. What’s wrong with speaking like this? Did I hurt you with my tone? If you’re not happy then hit me if you want.

In his past life, Chu You was also one of those few players who caused harm to others by nature.

Very quickly, Chu You entered the level 5 monster XP area, and he had decided to level up to level 5 here. At the moment, most players were between level 1 to 2. The level 3 monster experience area was already the limit for players to come in contact with. A monster experience area was very big, hence he would be less likely to bump into other players here.

He locked his choice of target on the Little Demon Pig ahead; that was an ordinary level 5 monster.

He drew his practice sword and advanced.

Not too long later, Sun Shadow Follow Wind followed along here, and behind him was the priest. The one at the front had a dark expression, whereas the one at the back was wearing a frown on his face. However, both of them were coldly watching the tall figure intently. As the distance was too near, they couldn’t target the Little Demon Pig. As a result, they were not able to determine the damage caused by Chu You.

“I think we can just let go. He has the additional benefit of high speed, and we cannot beat him,” the priest said after a while. Although he had been very angry before, he had already been gaming for so many years, and he knew that some players were proud and ambitious. To the priest, Chu You seemed like the type of person who had the right to talk like this. After all, his level was already displayed there.

Therefore, not long after, the anger in the priest’s heart disappeared. Along the way here, he continuously tried to persuade Sun Shadow Follow Wind. However, the other party continued to maintain that dark expression and not reply to him.

At this moment, Sun Shadow Follow Wind said softly, “I do not intend to spar with him, I just want to see how he levels up, why his promotion happens so fast.” Sun Shadow Follow Wind turned his head around and looked at the priest. “You don’t find it strange?”

“How is this strange? After all, he completes missions.” The priest looked confused.

Sun Shadow Follow Wind shook his head. “I’ve seen some information from the website, and some big shot divulged some news. I feel that there must be something fishy in here. It doesn’t look as simple as it seems.”

“And what about that? He is an expert player. Haiz, I say we go back to levelling up. How much time have we wasted here?” The priest was only anxious about levelling up.

“Let’s observe for a while more.” Sun Shadow Follow Wind turned his head around to look ahead, following which, his eyes revealed shock. “Hey, where is he?”

Hearing him say this, the priest also looked ahead, only to see that the Chu You, who was killing a monster, had vanished without a trace at this moment. That Little Demon Pig was running in their direction at a speed that was not too fast.

An ominous feeling overwhelmed them at this instant.

The two of them hid behind the rock which acted as a disguise for them to observe Chu You stealthily. At this point in time, the rock had become an obstacle by blocking them from searching for Chu You’s figure.

Sun Shadow Follow Wind jumped violently, his head above the rock, his eyes just right in witnessing a ferocious figure charging towards them. The look in its eyes reflected an intense desire to kill.

Sun Shadow Follow Wind dropped to the ground, and the priest at the side was slightly alarmed as he asked, “What did you discover?”

“M***** F*****.” Sun Shadow Follow Wind blurted out a curse word.

Just when the priest was about to ask another question, a tall and slender figure jumped on top of the rock.

Right before the priest’s stunned face, Chu You somersaulted and landed behind the both of them. He turned his body around at that instant, and without saying anything, he wielded his practice sword and pointed it at the priest.

With a jab, the sharp end of the sword pierced through the head of the priest.

A gush of crimson red blood spurted out instantly, and the priest shouted out, Aiya!

At this moment the priest was already f***ing pissed; it was so difficult for him to get rid of the indignance he felt from Chu You’s arrogance. But right now, he directly got attacked by the other party for no reason.

He took a glance at his health index, and to his horror, just one stab from Chu You had already reduced his health by a third.

A ball of fire flew from behind him. Chu You’s acute senses detected the magic art that was about to strike. He shifted his body and successfully dodged the fireball.

The priest only managed to react now. It was just that, if he had to perform his healing art, he must not move at all. He showed some hesitation.

Chu You stabbed the priest in his body yet again, and a fatality of -50 appeared immediately.

Sun Shadow Follow Wind was extremely anxious. This was the first time he encountered a situation resembling a murder scenario from his experience of playing real virtual games.

“You fool, hurry and run!” Sun Shadow Follow Wind roared loudly.

“None of you can escape!” Chu You said coldly. With another convenient strike, the priest’s skull raised suddenly, his eyes laxed, and his body fell down weakly at once.

“Why are you doing this? We have no grudges between us!” Sun Shadow Follow Wind shouted loudly, his face in disbelief. Wasn’t it just observing how an expert levelled up? It was not like he intentionally harassed or disrupted him…why did it evolve to this?

“You will know later, hence go and die!” Chu You wielded his sword swiftly, facing Sun Shadow Follow Wind, who was stunned like a blockhead. Tsk psh tsk! He finished him in 3 strokes.

Amateurs did not drop experience or bomb gear, yet Chu You still chose to attack them.

After completing all this, faint red smoke emitted from Chu You’s figure. This was the so-called State of Red Card.

Any players who saw the present Chu You would receive a notice from the system. They could launch an attack on Chu You, to uphold justice!

System notice: Your sin index +2

The expression in Chu You’s eyes was calm, as though there was no change, just like doing something normal. Then he immediately switched to focus on killing the Little demon pig.

It was not possible to erase the sin index. Even if you had already recovered from the State of Red Card, the sin index would still continue to exist. This meant that you had murdered the innocent before.

The reason why Chu You did this was because Sun Shadow and Follow Wind went against his own creed.

This creed was formed during his previous life of Heaven up till the middle period now. He had no idea when or where this started. Anyways, this creed was spreading amongst high level expert players.

And that was to never let scenarios of stalking take place, no matter the reason or excuse. As long as you are a stalker, you must be killed.

This creed was deeply etched in Chu You’s heart.
