The Richest Girl Just Started Kindergarten - Chapter 3

Big Brother! (1)

Although Zou Xinrui was only four and a half years old, she was smarter and more mature than her peers.

She didn’t believe in curses.

She also thought Lu Lu was an idiot.

But before she could retort, she heard a laugh coming from the door.

As the male lead of the film, Song He wasn’t supposed to come to the set until later next week. But after reading the script, he had some thoughts and wanted to discuss them with the director.

Things like discussing the actor’s roles could be done over WeChat, but he thought a face-to-face chat would be more convenient. With the addition of becoming familiar with the new crew and cast members, he decided to come early.

When passing the resting lounge, he saw two little girls.

In this film, Song played a boy who was orphaned due to a pandemic when he was 16 and only had his sister to depend on.

The two little girls in the lounge looked like they’re about the same age as the younger sister in the film, so he thought they must be the kids auditioning for the role.

Song had a short temper, and he hated lots of things. Mischievous, noisy children were on the very top of that list.

After reading the script the first time, he found out that he needed to work alongside a child. He immediately rejected the project without a second thought. He reluctantly picked up the role again after multiple pleads from his agent and a call from Fang Rui himself.

So, Song stopped to observe the girls in the lounge, he wanted to be mentally prepared for working with his future partner.

But to his surprise, one of the little girls even made Song laugh.

Short and chubby, her short arms were crossed on her waist. With her small belly sticking out, she used her cute childish voice to say that she was a dragon and also made endless homework seem like a scary curse.

How cute can a curse be? This image in front of me is way too funny!

The laugh captured the attention of the two girls. Seeing that he was caught, Song He quickly tucked away his smile and walked towards the set.

Lu Lu’s eyes instantly grew after she saw the man. She excitedly shouted: “Big brother!”

She once saw her big brother go into his human form, and the man stood in front of her looks the same! So it must be him!

“Big brother, wait for me!”

Lu Lu quickly chased after Song He.

He started to speed walk after he heard the yelping of the little girl.

Although he thought the little girl looked cute, he still wanted to avoid any contact.

The thought of a spoiled child who wanted to cling to him was way too troublesome.

Song was very tall and took large steps. Some assistants couldn’t even keep up with him, let alone Lu Lu.

Lu Lu used her short legs to run after him. After he stopped, she quickly rushed over and hugged his leg.

Lu Lu buried her head and a familiar smell came to her.

She took a deep breath and was even more certain.

This was the scent of her big brother.

Song would have never thought that a little girl the height of his leg would be able to catch up to him and latch on.

Song He’s whole body froze. He couldn’t move a finger. After a while, he finally regained his senses.

He looked down at the little girl who held his leg, her little arms like strips of lotus root, her body soft like a plushie.

Song wanted to call the assistant over to take the little girl away. But when he looked down to spare a glance, he saw two big eyes look at him intensely. Her smile revealed her white teeth between her pink lips and her eyes were perfect like crescent moons.

“Big Brother!”

The little girl’s voice was soft, sounding as sweet as the clear spring water from a mountain.

In the past ten years, Song hated children. He would not even go near one unless it was work-related.

Even a cute and well-behaved child would be labeled as “whiny, noisy, annoying” by him.
