The Richest Girl Just Started Kindergarten - Chapter 22

Lu Lu Has No Parents (2)

Fortunately, Lu Lu was very well behaved after that. The children’s restaurant was right in the shopping district, so it was surrounded by malls. Song He didn’t carry Lu Lu for too long before putting her down.

Putting on a face mask and a baseball cap, Song He covered his whole face to try to conceal his identity. But with his body shape and clothes, it was easy to know that he must be a handsome guy.

And with him carrying such a cute kid, it was hard to not draw attention.

Along the way, many people stared back at Song He and Lu Lu.

Song He was glad that because of the epidemic, everyone was wearing tight face masks, and so this allowed him to easily conceal himself.

In the past, if he wore a hat and a mask indoors, it would draw in even more attention, and fans would recognize him immediately.

Luckily today he remained unrecognized.

Song He bought a lot of shoes and new clothing for Lu Lu, and then picked up a children’s car seat. Just when he thought it was about time to wrap up, he received a call from his agent.

“Sister Qiao, what is it?””

“Where are you? I just went to the parenting center and picked two nannies I thought was pretty good. Hurry and see which one you like more.”

“OK, coming.”

Lu Lu looked up at his brother and asked, ” Are we leaving?”

She was reluctant to leave the dazzling high-class shop.

There are many, many skirts that were way prettier than the ones her bad sister had, and dolls, too. Her brother said that those little dolls were mystery boxes, no one knew what kinds of toys were inside before they opened them.

In short, the mall was a lot more fun than her brother’s crappy house.

“Well, yes.”

“All right.”

“What, haven’t you shopped enough?”

Lu Lu thought Song He would let her stay a little longer, so she nodded, “Mhm.”

Scary! At such a young age, she was already developing a women’s shopping urge.

No, it had to be smothered early on.

Song He said: “You’ll have to go either way, you don’t live here.”

When Song He returned with Lu Lu, Qiao Yi was already waiting for them with the two nannies.

Lu Lu looked at the three strangers at home and turned to her brother, shyly clinging to her brother’s clothes.

Originally, Qiao Ji was extremely mad at the fact that Song He rushed into a decision to keep a three-year-old child, and planned to teach him a lesson after seeing him in person so he wouldn’t make such bad decisions in the future, but when she Lu Lu, her anger instantly melted away.

How could there be such a cute little girl in this world?

She was even cuter than most of the child celebrities in the entertainment industry. Her eyes were big and round and her curled eyelashes looked like they had been drawn on by eyeliner, making her look so much brighter. Her skin was smooth and white and her pink cheeks made people want to go and pinch them.

The little girl was short, in fact, she felt shorter than the average height for her age. Plus, children’s faces were always fairly plump, making her look like a rice ball. So cute.

Qiao Yi was a mother to a five-year-old son. However, when she was pregnant, she had been praying in her heart to have a cute daughter and Lu Lu fully met all the expectations she had for her daughter.

She crouched down to get Lu Lu’s attention and smiled, “Lu Lu, is it? Hello!”

Lu Lu looked at this strange aunty in front of her. Although the aunt did not give off evil intent, she was still scared of strangers, and so she leaned towards her brother.

“Lu Lu, don’t be scared. She’s my agent, and you can call her aunty Qiao. Aunty is good friends with me, she isn’t a bad person,” Song He assured her.

Lu Lu looked at Qiao Yi again.

The aunty looked a little scary, but her brother said that aunty is very good to him, so she couldn’t be a bad person. If aunty treated big brother well, then she needed to do the same to her. Lowering her guard, she went over and gave Qiao Yi a hug.

“Aunty, you smell good.”

Qiao did have a habit of putting on perfume before she left home, but since she interacted with many celebrities, everyone would do the same. Therefore, there wasn’t anyone that would compliment her on her perfume.

She smiled. “Do I?”

“Yes. Aunty is pretty, and pretty girls always smell nice.”
