Deep inside the cave, the man was rocking his waist back and forth while gasping for air. His body was also drenched in his and the woman’s sweat.

Suddenly, a heavy rock fell on him, causing him to scream in pain and jump up.

Yang Guang tried his best to hold his laughter in as he finally realized who the man was. He was none other than Sun Guoying.

This was no surprise to the young man as the village chief was one of the most lustful in their village.

Ever since more than half the village men passed away, the chief had been using his position to harass the widows who had been left behind.

Yang Guang had even heard stories of women being sexually harassed by Sun Guoying, but he never believed them. However, he was completely convinced now.

“What’s wrong?” the woman asked.

Yang Guang was stunned. He dropped his jaw the moment he heard the woman’s voice as he could recognize it. It belonged to Mrs. Niu.

He couldn’t help but picture the naked body of Mrs. Niu, who was just over five feet but had a heavy built of close to 200 pounds. It was something that he would never want to imagine ever again.

It seemed like Sun Guoying didn’t care about his partner’s looks as long as he could get laid.

“I think a rock fell and hit me,” Sun Guoying groaned.

“I told you it’s dangerous here! Look at what happened. You shouldn’t have ignored my warning!” Mrs. Niu snorted.

“Do I look like I have a choice? My wife’s like a prison guard. She would even follow me to the toilet at night!” the man complained in frustration.

Yang Guang was surprised to hear that. This explained why the village chief would choose such a place to have an affair.

“So? Are you able to continue?” Mrs. Niu asked.

“Do you think I’m made out of steel? Of course not! Thank heavens the rock wasn’t too big, otherwise I would be dead now!” Sun Guoying cursed and scuffled to get dressed.

Mrs. Niu also got up to put on her clothes. “Why did I even agree to come here with you? What a pain in the ass.”

Yang Guang almost burst out in laughter. He had to cover his mouth with his hands to prevent his voice from escaping while his shoulders shook.

Knowing that they were about to leave the cave, the young man quickly hid in a corner and tried to hide in the shadows him as much as possible.

Yang Guang wasn’t actually afraid of being discovered by Sun Guoying. They were already enemies and it would actually be a good thing for him to expose the village chief. He could use this to threaten Sun Guoying to stop him from messing with him.

However, when he realized that he would be exposing Mrs. Niu along with him, he decided not to do so.

Mrs. Niu had a hard life as well. She was just in her early-forties when her husband and son both died in the mining incident. The owner of the mine disappeared, leaving the families of the deceased without any reimbursement. Yang Guang could tell that it had taken her a lot of effort to struggle to live on.

It was understandable that she would feel lonely from time to time and needed the embrace of a man.

Since Yang Guang did not have anything against Mrs. Niu, he didn’t want to cause trouble for her and decided to remain hidden instead.

When the both of them passed where Yang Guang was hiding, because of shock and anger, they didn’t notice that there was someone in the corner.

Yang Guang waited until the both of them left before turning on the flashlight. He mumbled, “It seems that I’ll have to install a gate and lock it if I want to use this cave.”

He then started to venture further in with his flashlight.

The temperature inside was consistent at fifty to sixty degrees throughout the year, whether it was summer or winter. It was a good place to plant crops.

Yang Guang continued surveying the cave, looking for places that needed modification and locating all the dangers lurking inside it. He kept walking until he came to a dead end.

Suddenly, he heard rustling next to his head. He was stunned for a second before he pointed his flashlight at the direction of the sound.

When he noticed something sliding around on the floor, he let out a shriek and jumped in surprise.

It was a huge python!

As Yang Guang was completely flustered, he couldn’t even take a closer look at the snake. All he knew was that the snake was as thick as a man’s thigh and it was closing in on him fast.

“F**k this!” Yang Guang cursed and immediately turned to run.

He couldn’t believe that there was such a humongous snake living inside the cave as there had never been a report of one being spotted.

Could it be because it has been quite some time since a human has been here, and it had all this time to grow? Yang Guang speculated.

His fright caused him to trip on something and he fell face-first to the ground.

The next thing he felt was something cold wrapping around his leg.

“S**t! Is this the end for me?” Yang Guang cried and almost burst into tears.

The python swiftly wrapped itself around Yang Guang’s body and started to squeeze the life out of him.

“No! I can’t die yet! I haven’t married a beautiful girl! I need to master the Method of Divine Farmer! My family is waiting for me to make them rich!” Yang Guang roared and his vitality returned. He used his newly found strength to struggle against the creature.

After a few seconds, he could feel the snake starting to loosen its hold of him.

Just as Yang Guang thought he was about to win, the snake exerted even more force, causing Yang Guang to get even more anxious. “F**k! Let’s see who wears out first!”

Without any weapon on him, Yang Guang lowered his head and bit the snake.

The snake’s skin was tough and covered in scales. It took him a few bites to remove the scales.

Yang Guang had gone into a rampage. All he could think of was surviving.

His animal instinct took over his body and he started to rip the snake’s flesh from its bone.

Triggered by the pain, the python poured its utmost into trying to kill Yang Guang first.

It had become a test of endurance. Whoever could endure it longer would be able to live.

Yang Guang’s face was already covered in the snake’s blood. Yet, he didn’t slow him down as he continued to bite the cold-blooded animal.

After a few minutes, he could see the insides of the snake and he wasted no time shoving his hand in.

He didn’t know exactly what he was grabbing, but he knew it was part of the snake’s intestines. He put all his strength into his arm and pulled. “Go to h*ll!”

As soon as he pulled it out, the snake began to tremble. Yang Guang could feel that the snake was starting to lose its strength, and soon it fell to the ground.

Yang Guang was completely exhausted. The moment he was out of his state of panic, he fainted.

He had no idea how much time had passed since he blacked out. When he finally came to, the first thing he smelled was the stench of blood. The snake on his body was now completely lifeless.

“Whew! I almost died back there.” Yang Guang let out a sigh of relief. He then noticed that he was holding something that resembled a ball. When he squeezed it, it was cold to touch.

He tried to find his flashlight but to no avail. He got up and left the cave with the unknown object in his hand.

After tripping a few times, he finally made it to the entrance.

He raised his head to check where the sun was and saw that it was already in the west, meaning that it was already starting to set.

Judging from how low the sun was, Yang Guang estimated that it had been three hours since he entered the cave.

He then raised his hand only to find that he was holding a huge snake gallbladder.

“Oh? Isn’t this a rare find?” Yang Guang grinned.

He brought the gallbladder up to his mouth to bite down on it so that he could suck the liquid inside.

Who was the predator now? Yang Guang scoffed as he gulped the liquid down his throat.
