Lin Huai was deeply touched. Uncle Li was the company’s most mysterious existence. There were not many people in the whole of Huaxia who knew the actual boss of Dragon Shield Bodyguard Group was. “Oh?” Lin Huai tried to guess as he answered. He followed Li Qianqian into the apartment and saw two well-built bodyguards standing in the living room. They stole a glance at him when he entered, but fixed their gaze straight ahead afterward.
Lin Huai asked softly, “Who is he? Where’s the person?”
“He’s upstairs in the study. I never expected him to come. He told me he guessed that you’ll be coming over to my place…”
Lin Huai’s eyes glinted as he snickered, “Is it Wei Sihai?”
“Yes. Do speak nicely to each other and not act rashly,” Li Qianqian said worriedly.
“Don’t worry. He’s Mianmian’s father after all and we haven’t completely fallen out yet,” Lin Huai promised as he headed upstairs after changing into his slippers.
When he arrived at the study, Lin Huai knocked on the door gently and sure enough, it was Wei Sihai’s voice coming from within. “The door isn’t locked. Come in.”
Lin Huai immediately turned the doorknob, pushed the door open, and walked in. Upon entering the study and seeing Wei Sihai sitting on the office chair, Lin Huai could not help but laugh as he said, “Mr. Wei, is it appropriate for you to come into a woman’s house directly like this?”

Lin Huai laughed as he replied, “So you’re here to express your gratitude?”

Lin Huai burst into laughter.
Wei Sihai looked at Lin Huai in surprise and asked, “What are you laughing about?”
