Chou Sihan’s expression changed and she screeched like a shrew. “What are you doing? Why are you beating him up? Li Qianqian, why is your boyfriend someone of such low quality?”
Li Qianqian slowly walked towards Chou Sihan and all of a sudden, Li Qianqian slapped her on the face. She went berserk and shouted, “How dare you hit me?”
Without another word, Li Qianqian gave her another slap on the face. This time around, the slap was a lot harder and because of that she was in a daze.
Nobody else came forward to stop Li Qianqian but instead, they stared at Chou Sihan as if she was an idiot. You realize that Lin Huai has such a strong background yet you are screaming like a shrew. Isn’t that just dumb?
After slapping her, Li Qianqian stared fiercely at Chou Sihan and coldly said, “I am not going to hold you against the fact that you seduced Liu Shuai. I should instead thank you because he is a scumbag. If it was not for the fact that you managed to seduce him so easily, I would not have realized. You knew that you were a third wheel in our relationship yet you had the guts to humiliate me. Now, you even try to target my boyfriend? That is something I can no longer tolerate.”
“You are a shrew and I choose not to hold it against you. However just because of that, it doesn’t mean that you can do whatever you want. I am not an easy pushover.”
“This is the first and the last time I am doing this. However, if you are stubborn and still refuse to change, I will slap you the next time this happens.”
Chou Sihan’s anger subsided. Although she was jealous and hated Li Qianqian, she was spooked when she saw Li Qianqian lifting her hand up.
Li Qianqian said, “Lin Huai, let’s go.”
Lin Huai removed his feet from Liu Shuai as Li Qianqian held onto his arm. They both left while everyone’s gaze was still fixated on them.
“My goodness, Li Qianqian’s boyfriend is so capable.”
“Exactly! No wonder she dated him despite his young age. I am so jealous, not only is he young and handsome, he is also very gentle and caring. Furthermore, it seems like his family is rather wealthy as well.”

Liu Shuai and Chou Sihan’s face were flushed with shame. Chou Sihan then walked off angrily whereas Liu Shuai scrambled to get up and chased after her. He looked like a mess and due to his two teeth being knocked off, he could only mumble, “My dear, wait for me, wait for me…”
“Why should I wait for you? You useless piece of sh*t!” Chou Sihan let loose of all her anger on Liu Shuai.
Both of them ran off embarrassingly. They had planned to humiliate Li Qianqian yet at the end of the day, they were the ones that ended up being made fun of.
Li Qianqian and Lin Huai left their car behind the parking lot in front of the restaurant entrance. But, they chose to take a cab back home instead. Once they walked through the entrance of their home, Li Qianqian burst out laughing. She hopped onto the couch and could not stop laughing.
Lin Huai stood next to her and grinned as well. He was extremely happy as he enjoyed seeing Li Qianqian in such a joyful mood.
When Li Qianqian was done laughing, she turned and saw that Lin Huai was staring at her. She groaned, “What’s wrong? Are you secretly laughing at me?”
Lin Huai smiled and said, “I understand why you reacted like that; I completely do. I guess you have managed to successfully overcome the mental block that has troubled you throughout these years?”
“Yes. I have been feeling unwilling all these years. It’s not that I am reluctant to let go of him as he is a scumbag so there is no point of me doing so. It’s just that I regretted my own actions and can’t stop blaming myself for being so clueless. Not only that, I also feel lousier than that scumbag considering how I was dumped by him. However after today, I will no longer have such thoughts in mind. I am really happy, thank you,” Li Qianqian said with a smile.
Lin Huai smiled back and said, “You’re welcome, there is no need to thank me. You are on your period these two days so rest well.”
“Yup, I will rest at home for the next two days before returning to work.” Li Qianqian let out a soft sigh. In a gentle voice, she said, “You know what? Without doubt, today is the happiest day in my entire life.”
Lin Huai replied in a gentle voice, “I will make sure you remain happy for the rest of your life until the day you meet the destined guy. Till then, I will continue to take up such responsibilities and obligations.”
Li Qianqian suddenly grinned at Lin Huai and asked, “If I tell you that I am willing to be your girlfriend now and marry you, would you accept me?”
Lin Huai was dumbfounded as he had no idea if he should accept the offer. Technically speaking, at first, the relationship between them was restricted to only one-night stands. The reason they stayed together was because neither of them had to be responsible to the other party. However, it would be unrealistic for Lin Huai to say that there was no connection between them. After all, her character, looks, personality and other aspects were all up to Lin Huai’s taste. If I could marry such a woman, it would be a great thing.
However, when Wei Qimian crossed Lin Huai’s mind, he began to feel extremely conflicted. If I got married to Li Qianqian, what would happen to Wei Qimian then? By right, he should reject Li Qianqian. However, for some reason, he could not bring himself to do so. On one hand, he could not bring himself, on the other, he did not want to reject her.

Lin Huai heaved a sigh of relief but at the same time, he was a little disappointed. He smiled and said, “Why would you be old and unattractive? There would be no old woman that looks as good as you. If there were such women, give them all to me as I would want to marry all of them.”
Li Qianqian chuckled and said, “You are such a greedy person. Ah, going out for a gathering on my period makes me feel really lethargic now.”
“Let me help you go back to your room.”
Li Qianqian agreed and Lin Huai helped her back to her room. All of a sudden, Li Qianqian, who was lying down on the bed, grabbed onto Lin Huai’s wrist. She looked at him pitifully and said, “Don’t leave me tonight. Stay behind and accompany me.”
“Alright, sure.” Even if Li Qianqian had not brought this up, Lin Huai would not leave. Anyway, nobody in the hostel would go and check on his attendance at night. That was the perk for being the boss of the college. Even if he did not return for a month, nobody dared to control him.
Lin Huai stared lovingly at her and in a gentle voice said, “Sleep well and have a good rest. I will accompany you here.”
“Alright, I am quite tired. Goodnight.”
“Goodnight.”
Li Qianqian fell asleep very quickly and Lin Huai stared at her. He looked at her sweet and cute looking face while also staring at her breasts that were faintly exposed through the blanket. Then, he carefully leaned in and gave her a peck on the lips.
The kiss felt so fragrant and sweet.
