Adams turned to Vivian to ask if she had ever heard of the profession of Judge.
Vivian immediately nodded in affirmation, but she looked at Constantine and said doubtfully, “Judges do exist, but it’s said that they’re all powerful cultivators who work alone and are very mysterious. However, given the fact that he was captured alive, he doesn’t seem very powerful!”

Vivian couldn’t help but look at Adams when she heard that. It was really as he had predicted. This spacecraft had experienced a change in ownership from the military to the Wanderers.
Adams pondered carefully but still felt that something was amiss, so he asked again, “The military already has information on the Zerg Realm, so why would they need you as a guide? Who exactly are you?”
Constantine looked at Adams in shock. He didn’t expect this young man’s thoughts to be so meticulous despite his young age. After a moment of hesitation, he said, “Alright, I’ll share some secrets with you then! In actuality, due to the lack of resources, the upper echelons of the Empire have been through several upheavals over the past thousands of years, and some of the military’s confidential information has been lost. Therefore, in order to retrieve the resources in some of the space realms, they need a guide to lead the way! When I turned 20 years old, my coming-of-age ceremony was in the Zerg Realm. Adams had yet to discover any leads related to the lucky chance, so he believed that there must be some secrets on Constantine’s body that he had yet to unveil. It seemed like he had to use some other methods!
“Just as you said, we’re just a bunch of underage kids. Even if we save you, we won’t be a match for those Wanderers. We might as well abandon you and run for our lives. After all, there aren’t any leads on you that interest us!” Adams said with a cold smile as he grabbed Vivian’s arm and pretended to turn around to leave.
Vivian was shocked by Adams’ determination, but she didn’t dare to question him anymore after having said the wrong thing just now. She could only silently follow Adams as he left.
“Wait! I-I actually know a lot of secrets. As long as you let me down, I can tell you guys everything!” Constantine couldn’t help but scream hysterically when he saw that his saviors were about to leave.
Adams and Vivian stopped at the same time and turned to look at Constantine.
“I will give you three more minutes! Once the time is up, we will leave immediately!” Adams said calmly.
Constantine took a deep breath and said, “Every time I come with the military’s spacecraft, I will only reveal a small part of the secret that I discovered back then. In this way, I could ensure that I would be able to earn resources all these years. As long as you let me down, I will tell you all the secrets that I haven’t shared. When you return, you will be able to become the military’s guide. The rewards are quite impressive!”
Adams shook his head and said disdainfully, “You’ve been a guide for so many years, yet you’ve only just advanced to a level-two warrior. You call these rewards impressive? You should keep your secret for yourself and negotiate with the Wanderers!”
Constantine anxiously said, “Every guide can set an allocation percentage with the military beforehand. Vivian was stunned. Isn’t that the military base that Adams discovered earlier? Besides, Constantine only remembers the location, whereas Adams has already opened the door. Garen and the others are even exploring the base right now!
“Don’t… don’t you believe me? I can take you to find it. You’ll definitely be able to find it!” Noticing the strange expression on Vivian’s face, Constantine thought that she didn’t believe him, so he volunteered to prove his innocence.
Adams said with a sigh, “There’s no need for that! We have already opened the military base. As for the supplies inside, they are not that valuable!”
“What?!”
Constantine looked at Adams in disbelief and shook his head incredulously. “Impossible! You can’t possibly unlock that base. Even the military doesn’t have any information about that base, let alone the key. How could you open the door?”
Vivian also looked at Adams in surprise, wondering how he did it.
Adams stroked his chin and said calmly, “Because the key was just under the stone beside the gate. You can find it just by checking. You didn’t check it back then, did you?”
“Pfft!”
Constantine’s face flushed at first, then he spat out a mouthful of blood.
Vivian exclaimed in surprise, “What happened to him?”
“He flew into a fit of anger! Looks like I won’t be able to get any more valuable information from him. Let him down!” Adams shook his head and sighed in disappointment.
