Qin Muchen muttered a curse before he turned to go to the study room.
He turned at a faint sound behind him. Gu Shinian had kicked the blanket away.

Gu Shinian came back to pat its head. “Watch the house while I go out to earn money. I will buy meaty bones for you when I am back.”
