‘Why was he there?’
After logging out, Jiang Ming thought to himself.
Back in the game, the person that he saw was none other than Sky Wing. The thunder mage NPC that Jiang Ming almost killed before this.
When Sky wing saw him and gave him that cold smile, Jiang Ming logged out of the same with no hesitation. If Sky Wing really wanted to kill him, there was no use of him running.
Since he was only level 6 now and Sky Wing was a level 150 NPC. It’s just like a baby trying to fight a full-grown man.

“Lan Xin!”
When he woke up and realized that Lan Xin was missing, he became worried and quickly strode out of the room.
“Wen Dong, how did you know that Brother Ming is here?”
“Hehe, because Brother Ming told me this himself. Of course it was all thanks to Sister Xin. If it wasn’t because of her, I wouldn’t be able to get Brother Ming’s number. Oh, by the way, where’s Brother Ming?”
“He’s still in the game. I’ve informed him already, he should be here any minute.”

When Jiang Ming heard people talking downstairs, he heaved a sigh in relief and went downstairs as well.

As soon as he went down the stairs, he said to the young man in a suit who had just walked into the house.
“Ming~” When Lan Xin saw Jiang Ming coming down the stairs, a bright smile appeared on her face. She walked over to him and grabbed his arm.
“Here. The doctor said that you fainted because you were in shock. This is the medicine that he prescribed. Go and have it first, I need to talk to Wen Dong about something.” When Jiang Ming saw Lan Xin smiling at him, he gently stroked her hair and said to her in a soft, warm tone.
“Okay.” Lan Xin was an understanding person. She already got back what she wanted the most. So she nodded her head, took the medicine from Jiang Ming and walked to the kitchen.
As soon as Lan Xin’s figure went into the kitchen, he pulled Wen Dong to his side and said, “Wen Dong, I’ve already explained what happened when I called you earlier. I have something that I have to settle outside, so I’ll need you to take care of Lan Xin for a while. I’m worried that they might come after her.”
Liao Wen Dong looked towards the kitchen and nodded his head. “Don’t worry, Brother Ming. I’ll take good care of her. I’ve already heard about what happened between you and the Yama Guild. Be careful, I’ve still got lots of things to tell you.”
“I will.”
Jiang Ming nodded and shouted towards the kitchen, “Xin, I have to go out for a while. Wen Dong will keep you company. I’ll be back as soon as possible.”
As soon as he finished his sentence, he left the house without even waiting for Lan Xin to reply.
He didn’t dare to tell Lan Xin about it because her body would not be able to take it. If she found out about this, she would worry even more and it wouldn’t be good for her health.Jiang Ming got into the car that Wen Dong had prepared for him. He started the engine and headed towards City H.

The car, in which Jiang Xinwen was on, kept going around in circles as they kept trying to avoid the security cameras on their way to Yayue Hotel.
Chikage was still under the seat as it was paying attention to the situation inside and outside of the car. Its eyes were moving back and forth as it thought about something.
Actually, it could have defeated all four of the people in the car. However, it decided against doing it, because it was worried that someone else might notice it. If someone found out about this, they would be in big trouble.
Chikage’s IQ now was extremely high, even higher than Jiang Ming’s.
As it got smarter, the things that worried it increased even more.
For instance, it had been thinking about the mysterious potion and the plane explosion that took place four days ago.
Even if Jiang Ming’s bicycle was destroyed by the plane explosion and there was only some debris left, they would still investigate the debris, right?
After the explosion, the officers would have looked around for clues to investigate the situation, and this meant that they would have found the needle. Although Jiang Ming’s blood on the needle had entered into Chikage’s body, Chikage’s blood was still on the needle. Why hadn’t anyone found out about it yet? Did they not find the needle?
What about the incident at the parking lot yesterday where Chikage accidentally killed two men? If there were news reported on it and once they related both the incidents together, they would be able to figure out that this was all because of the drug that was in the plane. But up till today, no one had come looking for Chikage.
These were the things that Chikage was thinking about. The more it thought about it, the more cautious it became. Just in case, if one day, the two of them were found, they still wouldn’t be able to run away from those high-tech weapons.
This was the reason why Chikage didn’t immediately kill the kidnappers.
“F**k, this road is so bumpy!”
Then, the driver swore.
Because the car was travelling on a bumpy road and there were holes everywhere, the car slowed down and the entire car ride was super uncomfortable.
Chikage left its hiding spot and went to a corner to see what the situation was outside the car.
It noticed that the car had gone onto a bumpy road and there was no one around. Most of the houses around were desolate and there was debris everywhere.
There wasn’t even one pedestrian on the road.
When Chikage saw the situation outside the car, murderous intent flared in its eyes.
“Shou~”
Since this was a good opportunity, Chikage thought of finishing them before they reached the hotel. Its figure quickly moved around the car and then suddenly, a bloody cut appeared on all of the men’s neck.
As for Jiang Xinwen, she was already knocked out before the other four men were killed. Chikage had hit her on the head to make her lose consciousness before killing the other four.
Because the driver was killed, the car skidded and immediately headed towards the debris by the side.
When Chikage saw what was about to happen, it grabbed the driver with its tail and threw him out of his seat. Then, it grabbed onto the steering wheel with its tail.
As soon as it steadied the steering wheel, it jumped down from the seat and stomped on the brakes.
“Yiiiii~”
With a squeak, the car soon came to a halt.
As soon as the car stopped, Chikage went to the side of the road and dug a hole with its paw. Then, it went back into the car, pulled out all the bodies from it and placed them into the hole. After that, it took out a phone from one of their pockets and buried the bodies with the debris nearby.
When it was done, Chikage dialled Zhao Long’s number and told him a few things before throwing the phone out of the window.
Chikage went back into the car and looked at Jiang Xinwen who was about 170 cm tall. “Hmm~ we can’t stay here, but I can’t carry her either. I guess I’ll have to drive the car.” Then, it jumped on the driver’s seat, turned the steering wheel and stomped on the accelerator.
The car began to move. Chikage jumped up and down between both the steering wheel and the accelerator at the bottom. As the car started accelerating, it became easier to drive.
Luckily, the car was automatic and Chikage didn’t have to change the gears himself. It was also why Chikage would still quickly move between the steering wheel, the accelerator and the brakes.
If there was someone who saw this scene where a cat was driving a car, they would have been shocked to death!
