What Did You Call Me?

Around 9:30 at night, Luna finally received Alexander’s call.

She drove according to the address he had provided, then stopped at the entrance. Luna then sent a text message to Alexander. “I’m here. Come out!”

“Come in, I’m a bit drunk. I’ll wait for you inside.”

“???”

Not only was she a driver, but she was also a nanny?

“I’m sorry, miss.” Two men extended their hands and stopped her at the door. “Please show your invitation card.”

Luna was startled and she said, “I’m only here to pick someone up.”

“I’m sorry, but no one can enter without an invitation card.”

Luna was just going to give Alexander a call when she remembered the card that Alexander’s mom had given her as a present.

She looked for it in her purse, and then pulled a card. She then asked, “Will this one do?”

The two of them glanced at it and their expression instantly changed. They then said, “Welcome.”

Luna then walked into the dining hall. The moment that she entered, she had already attracted several people’s attention.

“Isn’t that the Brooke family’s eldest daughter? Why is she here?”

“Did she change her entire style? I couldn’t tell that she’s Luna Brooke at all!”

“Tsk, she still dares to be out in public? Her fiancé had already slept with someone else.”

“That wasn’t her fault, why are you so jealous? Is it because her body is hotter than yours?”

“Ptui, why would I be jealous of a crazy woman? …”

Luna pretended that she hadn’t heard any of them. She then pulled someone over and asked, “Hello, have you seen Alexander?”

The man was slightly stunned before he was completely charmed by the pretty face in front of him. It took him a while before he recovered his senses and pointed further into the hall. “Alexander’s resting inside.”

“Thank you,” she said and headed deeper inside while the man was still looking at her figure in a daze.

Beautiful. Too beautiful!

In the resting area, Alexander was on a sofa with his eyes closed. Next to him were several young men wearing suits as well.

When they saw Luna coming over, they immediately stopped chatting and turned their attention to her.

She seemed to be even more beautiful than the last time they had met her at the birthday party.

“Alexander.” Luna went over and patted his shoulder. “You’re drunk, let’s go home!”

Alexander opened his eyes. The edge of his dreamy eyes was slightly red, and it added a few more points to the temptation.

If she were to stare into it for a few more seconds, she would fall right into it.

He stood up swaying, then his entire body seemed to fall on her.

Luna helped carry him then whispered, “Stand properly. I don’t have that much strength.”

It was like Alexander didn’t hear anything, but then a whisper entered her ears, “Aren’t you very strong? You can’t do it now?”

Even when he was drunk he still remembered to mock her. She wondered if he was really drunk or just pretending to be drunk!

Luna sighed. “If you’re going to be like this, we might have to stay here for the night.”

Alexander smiled and only then did he manage to walk in a straight line.

“No wonder someone like Alexander couldn’t reject her. What a beauty!”

“If I knew that the eldest of the Brooke sisters would be so pretty, I would marry her even if she were crazy…”

Alexander turned around and glared at them. They instantly turned silent.

Luna didn’t know what had happened. She turned around to glance at them in confusion and asked, “What’s with them?”

Alexander didn’t say anything but simply kissed in front of everyone. He then said, “Don’t worry about them. Let’s go home.”

“Jada, slap me. I think I’m dreaming.”

“Isn’t that Alexander White? I thought he stayed away from women?”

“You’re right! You’re not dreaming! That was such a rare sight!”

While everyone was still shocked by what they had seen, Luna carried him back into the car.

She gave her face a few strokes. For some reason, she felt that she herself was drunk. It was so hot!

“Help me with the seat belt.” Alexander pulled her sleeve, his eyes still quite dreamy.

Luna turned around and glanced at him. “Are you really drunk?”

For some reason, she felt that this dog of a man was lying to her.

Alexander nodded and said, “I drank a bit too much today.”

Luna then wriggled her way through and helped him set the seat belt. When she just wanted to go back to her seat, an arm suddenly wrapped around her waist.

“Ngh…”

The intoxicating kiss was unrestrained and chaotic. In just a short moment Luna already surrendered and pushed him away with all her strength. She then asked frantically, “What- what are you doing?!”

Alexander licked his lips and said, “Sobering up!”

After taking advantage of her, he then quietly closed his eyes and leaned against the seat as if nothing had happened.

Luna, “???”

‘So, how the hell did the rascal make it look so natural?’

Luna stepped on the gas and reached home in only twenty minutes. She then called the butler and the servant to carry Alexander back into the mansion. Luna didn’t even lift a finger during the whole period.

Mrs. Niles had made some soup for him, but he had only taken it in for a moment before it was rejected. She had no choice but to go to Luna and said, “Madam, Mr. White said that he’ll only drink it if you go in.”

Luna turned away and said, “It’s his choice whether to drink or not. I’m going to bed!”

She now knew that Alexander was using that as a chance to take advantage of her!

After a short while, Mrs. Niles knocked at her door.

“Madam, Mr. White said that if you don’t go over, you’ll regret it tomorrow.”

Luna decided to endure it and surrender to the force of evil.

Although she didn’t know just how scheming Alexander could be, those rumors had all been imprinted into the original’s mind.

She would not fight him when it was clear that she was at a disadvantage. But if he dared to do anything at all, she was going to slap him until he was awake. Forget about the soup.

After she was sure of what she wanted to do, she then took the soup from Mrs. Niles and immediately headed straight to Alexander’s room.

When he saw her, there was a glint of light in his eyes.

“Drink it!” Luna put the bowl right next to his mouth.

Alexander looked at her and said, “Use the spoon. Feed me.”

Luna, “???”

Was this still the man who distanced himself from women? Lies! This one had to be a lie.

She reluctantly fed the soup to him using the spoon, but Alexander’s eyes had been gazing at her all along.

He was no longer as cold as usual. Instead, he was filled with emotions and desire.

Luna was annoyed after being watched for so long. “Why do you keep staring at me?!”

“Wouldn’t you be jealous if I watch someone else?” Alexander asked.

Luna’s hand stopped. “Why should I? Your eyes are yours, it’s your freedom to look at whoever you want.”

Alexander somehow felt disappointed. “I want you to get jealous because of me.”

Luna was confused. “What?”

Alexander drank the last drop of the soup and then said, “Because you’re my wife!”

Luna then put the bowl on the table and said, “You’re drunk, President Alexander White.”

Alexander stared right into her eyes, then pulled her close to him, and said, “What did you call me, hm?”

What was wrong with this woman? They had been together for so long, and suddenly she wanted to pretend that there was nothing between them?
