He had lost consciousness, but he didn’t die. He was able to sense distinctly if someone had done something to him.

However, he was suffering from the poison. His mind was lucid, but his body was defenseless. He was aware that he had been violated by that woman…

Not only did he have to suffer the humiliation of being violated by a woman, but she was also a rogue who ravished him until he lost consciousness once again. When he woke up, he was back at the Prince’s mansion.

He could not get the incident out of his mind, and this was a slate he was unable to wipe clean! He could not wait to capture that woman and torment her till she was dead…

Feng Che’s eyes gleamed dangerously. He scrutinized and checked the surroundings carefully, hoping to find any traces left behind by that woman. He thoroughly scoured the place multiple times. Unfortunately, he failed to find anything that could give him a hint of who that woman was…

If he hadn’t experienced it for himself last night, he would have thought that this was a dream! In the end, Feng Che had no choice but to leave begrudgingly…

Five Toxins Forest opposite Fallen Skies Valley.

When Su awoke, she found herself in a strange place which was gray and misty. The visibility was bad, and she could barely see her fingers.

She tried to figure out why she was here… It suddenly dawned on her as she managed to recall what had happened. She wanted to take a peek at her antidote’s face but quickly escaped when she realized that he was about to regain consciousness.

However, she did not manage to get far as she was weak, exhausted, and soaked in perspiration. She followed the sounds of running water not far from where she was and managed to locate a stream.

She splashed some water on her face and adjusted her messy attire. Then, she discovered fishes in the stream and decided to catch some to satisfy her hunger pangs.

As she was handling the fishes, she cut her finger by accident and droplets of blood dripped onto the ring on her finger. A glaring ray of light flashed from that hand and she lost consciousness…

“Where is this place?” Su muttered as she looked around the gray and misty space in bewilderment.

“This is the realm of the Black and White Divine Ring!” A voice rang from afar.

“Black and White Divine Ring? Do you mean this?” Su raised her hand with the ring.

“Yes. Since the Black and White Divine Ring has acknowledged you as its Master, from now on, you shall be the Master of the Black and White Divine Ring!” the voice continued.

“Oh… who are you?” Su lowered her head as she touched the ring on her finger. She was trying to guess who that person was.

Even though this was the first time she had transmigrated, she had watched serial dramas and read novels about transmigration when she was in the modern world. As a top-grade assassin, she had to ensure that she educated herself on all areas even though she wasn’t an avid reader. She would take the time and effort to learn even if it was a topic she was not keen on.

She also had a superb memory in her past life and was able to remember even the smallest details. Reading books was effortless for her, and she had recently completed a fantasy novel titled, “Miss Nine, The Arrogant Beauty”. Like her, the female lead had also transmigrated to an alternate world…

She was able to recall most of the scenes in the book. She was now in possession of an impressive inter-spatial ring, which was something like a cheat code in a game.

Yet, there was a strange voice talking to her in her territory, and the person had chosen to remain hidden. This was being disrespectful to her, the Master!

“Haha, yes! You’re too weak now and not qualified to know who I am yet,” the voice said, snickering, as though intentionally trying to oppose Su.

“Is that so? Since you claimed that I am the master of the ring and you exist in the ring’s realm, this ring must be very important to you as well. I wonder what would happen if I were to dump this ring into the cesspit?” Su said threateningly.

“How dare you! Do you know that the Black and White Divine Ring is sacred? That would be blasphemous!” The voice sounded enraged.

“Sacred? What has that got to do with me? I can survive just as well without the ring! A sacred item acknowledging me as its master? Who knows what trouble it would get me into? I am a lazy person, I hate to be involved with anything that’s troublesome!” Su said nonchalantly.

Take that! She was not one who was afraid of confrontations! Her soul was from the 21st century, and she was more intelligent than most people. Those who intended to play mind games with her had overestimated themselves…

The other party clearly had not anticipated Su’s reaction. What she had said was indeed true—Su would be able to survive even without the ring. But the voice had been wandering in the primeval universe for many years. If it did not manage to locate its master, it might just vanish into thin air one day…

The voice lowered its head to look at its body. It was unwilling to let others see itself…

“Are you going to reveal yourself? I am going to count to five. If you insist on hiding, then don’t blame me for giving you a hard time!” Su said lightly.

“One, two, three, four…”

Bam!

Just as Su plucked the ring from her fingers and was about to count to five, something that was curled into a ball crashed into her arms.

Su looked down to see what it was. A white furry ball snuggled tightly in Su’s arms. It refused to reveal its face.

Su’s mouth twitched resolutely. So this was the rascal that had been talking to her all along? Was it shy? The arrogant voice that had just accused Su of being weak… belonged to this little rascal?

Out of curiosity, Su lifted it up and held it in front of her eyes…

“Ahhhh, what are you doing?” the little rascal yelled as it had no choice but to lift its head.

Su finally saw its face clearly. Even though she was someone with wide experience and extensive knowledge, Su could not make out exactly what this rascal was.

It was about the size of a rabbit with eyes as round as balls. It did not have a tail, but it had fur that was as white as snow. Its small dark eyes made it look extremely cute, and it had a little mouth that looked like a red date. Its tiny ears were buried in its fur and might go unnoticed if one did not look carefully. Also, this furball did not have any legs. Su wondered if it moved by dragging itself around.

“Mind you, I don’t have to drag myself around, I can fly…” The little rascal seemed to be able to tell what was going through Su’s mind. It wriggled its body in defiance and escaped from Su’s grasp. Then, it hovered in front of her.

Su’s eyes lit up. She had to admit that this little rascal was super cute, and she had a soft spot for it. It was just too adorable…

Moreover, its voice had changed, and it was speaking in a cutesy voice, like that of a three-year-old child.

“Were you the one talking just now?” Su asked the little rascal in front of her.

“Yes!”

“Then speak again in the same voice for me!” Su was still doubtful.

“I can’t do that anymore. I feigned that voice and could only manage a few sentences just for a short while!” the little rascal said, slightly embarrassed.
