“But…”

Xun Ze looked anxious. He was about to say something, but two bodyguards had already rushed forward to stop him.

“Where to, Boss?”

Bo Yan glanced at the gradually darkening sky, and a few words popped out of his cold, thin lips, “Her apartment.”

Dong could feel that his boss was in a rather irritable mood at the moment.

“Stop the car,” Bo Yan suddenly instructed.

“What’s wrong, boss?” Dong obediently put on brakes.

Bo Yan got out and walked to the front of the car. “Go back there and make sure to take all of An Ge’er’s photos from him. Don’t leave even one behind. Those that you cannot take away, destroy all of them.”

Dong immediately understood. “Yes, Boss.”

The man in the car continued to drive on. Thinking about something, he suddenly cursed under his breath, and his face turned extremely somber!

An Ge’er’s test shoot had certainly stunned everyone and was, without a doubt, the most successful.

But she was his woman!

In the photo, although not much of her body was exposed, her allure was still overwhelming. As long as he imagined other men drooling at her picture and swallowing their saliva, he could not help but have the urge to kill them!

She was his woman!

How could she be involved in something like that and be exposed to the public? This lass had certainly touched his bottom line!

Very soon, An Ge’er received a call from Xun Ze. He sounded disappointed as he informed her that she did not make the cut. An Ge’er was slightly shocked but not too upset about it. She only asked if the spokesmanship went to An Ruxue.

Xun Ze mumbled a “Yeah”. President Bo’s assistant had already notified him about the chosen candidate. It was indeed An Ruxue.

An Ge’er felt like the atmosphere on Xun Ze’s end was slightly stifling, but she was in no position to probe. Hence, she hung up after casually saying a few words. Her brows furrowed slightly, and she let out a sigh.

Could it be that Little Uncle overheard what An Ruxue had said and misunderstood her, so he didn’t choose her on purpose?

Just as she was wondering, she received a call. An Ge’er’s eyes narrowed; it was An Ruxue.

Calling her at a time like this, what else could she want besides ridiculing her?

The moment the call connected, it was not clear where she was, but her voice sounded extremely gentle, though the words that came out of her mouth were the complete opposite.

“An Ge’er, I’m so sorry. Sister has already gotten the spokesmanship.”

“So what?” she said indifferently.

“So what?” An Ruxue suddenly chuckled. “I warned you a long time ago: know what’s good for you, and know your place. It’s just a test shoot; did you really think you could become a superstar?

“Hmph, I advise you to stop daydreaming. Don’t think I don’t know what your intentions are. Qin Mo will be mine in the future. No matter how much you try to attract his attention, he’s still mine!”

“Sister, looks like you’re very worried that I will steal your limelight?”

An Ge’er ignored her threat and mockery. Listening to her say all that, her expression remained indifferent.

“An Ge’er!” An Ruxue suddenly called out and then sneered. “You’re wrong. I just wanted to tell you, don’t ever dream about fighting with me again.” She paused for a moment before saying softly, “Of course… That is if you’re not afraid.”

“Afraid of what?” An Ge’er asked subconsciously.

An Ruxue suddenly changed the subject and said something in the gentlest voice.

Her words chilled An Ge’er’s entire body in a split second.
