Ye Mu didn’t even notice it herself, but the person in her heart was now being slowly replaced by someone else.
Mo Shen held her hand tightly, without letting go. They weren’t satisfied by the walk that they took in the park, so they continued to stroll around Hua Jing District.
Hua Jing District’s land coverage was huge, and after going around it halfway and even entering the innermost part of the district. Ye Mu couldn’t take it anymore and her legs started to ache.
The two of them stood within the innermost parts of Hua Jing District for a while before Ye Mu curiously looked up at the mansion right in front of her. Her eyes widened in curiosity, “Why is this house so big? It’s taking up so much space. How can someone use up all the living space here?”
Hearing Ye Mu’s words, Mo Shen couldn’t help but lift a smile on his lips. The mansion that Ye Mu was talking about was Mo Shen’s residence within Hua Jing District.
“It’s so luxurious, just like those castles in Europe.” Ye Mu blinked as she glanced at Mo Shen.
Mo Shen held her shoulders with his large hand and asked in a low voice, “Do you want to go and take a look?”
Ye Mu shook her head, “Forget it, it won’t be good if we’re chased out by someone. Let’s go back to our home.”
“Do you like this house?” Mo Shen asked her with curiosity.
Ye Mu sized the house up seriously as she nodded her head, “Who would possibly not like such a house?”
It was so big and its interior design was superb. Of course, she would like it.
“We’ll live here in the future.” Mo Shen’s fingers tapped on Ye Mu’s shoulders a few times.
Ye Mu thought that Mo Shen meant that he would work harder in order to save enough money, so they could purchase the mansion. She shook her head and looked at Mo Shen with a smile, “Both of us will save money so we can buy this together.”
Mo Shen was moved by her words. The smile on his handsome face deepened.
They departed for their mountain climb the next day. Mo Shen placed the luggage into the trunk of the car personally, and opened the door for Ye Mu, “Get into the car.”
Ye Mu tugged on her hat and gave Mo Shen a light smile.
“How long will it take us to arrive?” Ye Mu couldn’t help but ask. Not even an hour had passed since they entered the car.
Mo Shen was focused on his driving, but he still gave her an estimate, “It won’t be that long. Maybe about half an hour.”
Ye Mu nodded as a response and she didn’t ask any further questions.
However, Mo Shen’s calculations were quite accurate. After exactly half an hour, they arrived at the hotel that Mo Shen had booked in advance.
When the two of them entered the lobby, Ye Mu was in a daze throughout their entire journey.
It was only until the doors of their hotel room were opened did Ye Mu stared at the layout of the room in shock as she asked in doubt, “Young… Young Uncle! Did… did we walk into the wrong room?”

“What’s wrong?” Mo Shen noticed the change in her expression as he hurriedly waved to the attendants and ordered them to temporarily pause the moving in of their baggage.
“Are we in a hotel room?” Ye Mu looked awkward as she said in doubt. How could a hotel room be so big! The layout was even more exaggerated. If her eyes weren’t failing her, she was sure that what was behind the balcony was an outdoor swimming pool.
Mo Shen felt at loss facing Ye Mu’s shock. He stroked his glabella with his hand and smiled, “It is not that expensive. We can still afford to stay here for a few days.”
He was then quick to drag Ye Mu into the room. Throughout their tour, Ye Mu’s legs were completely stiff as she followed him inside.
Her eyes were particularly focused on each and every decoration in the room. It seemed like everything was expensive. The sensation of stepping foot into such a luxurious room felt as if she was stepping on gold itself as she walked carefully along the floor.
“It’s already too late for us to go on a stroll today. You can stay and rest here for the meantime.”
Mo Shen was planning to leave after he had made sure that Ye Mu was okay in the room.
“Where are you going?” Ye Mu was quick to raise her hand and stop him in his tracks.
“I’ve got to meet a friend, there’s something that needs to be done.”
Mo Shen patted her hand as he bent over and planted a kiss on her forehead. Then, with a soft voice, he said, “Wait for me to come back.”
Ye Mu was somewhat worried to be alone since she was unfamiliar with the place. But she still nodded and allowed him to leave, “Okay.”
Ye Mu was left alone in the room after Mo Shen took his leave. She wasn’t tired at all, and she didn’t want to sleep. She walked around in her soft slippers and she was soon attracted by the outdoor swimming pool right behind the balcony.
Wearing shorts, and a white dress…
She took off her shoes and sat at the edge of the pool as she played with the water.
The water in the pool was exceptionally clear. She bent over to scoop some water into her hands, but she quickly lost her balance and fell straight into the swimming pool. Although the pool wasn’t deep at all, she still found herself choking from the water.
“Cough, cough, cough…” Ye Mu stood up in a hurry.
The water only reached up until her neck. The depth didn’t really matter, but she was now soaked from head to toe. She walked along the walls of the pool as she returned back to land with a look of frustration on her face.
She took a nearby towel that she had carried with her to the poolside and wiped herself with it.
Then, as she walked around while trying to pat herself dry. She stepped on something unknown and the water hidden beneath the pool started to spray all around the place. The entire pool area turned into a mess as Ye Mu panicked and looked for the turn-off switch in a hurry.
But her efforts were to no avail as she was afraid that the water from the pool might overflow. In a panic, she wrapped a towel around herself and rushed towards the reception.
Just as she had arrived at the receptionist’s desk, Ye Qiyi and Gu Yiming also came over to the receptionist’s desk with their luggage.
“The swimming pool in our room is running amok and it’s spraying water all over the place. Can you help me find someone to take a look at it?” Ye Mu didn’t notice Ye Qiyi and Gu Yiming as she was talking to the receptionist with her slightly reddened face.
The receptionist knew that Ye Mu was brought over to the hotel by Mo Shen, so she was especially polite, “Sure, Mrs Mo. We will find someone to help you take a look.”
“Thank you.” Ye Mu nodded in appreciation.
The moment she turned around, she met the two who were walking in her direction.
Ye Qiyi could not help but frown upon seeing Ye Mu. How is she meeting Ye Mu everywhere she went?
“You’re here too?”
Ye Qiyi’s gentle smile on her face had a tinge of indifference on it as she stared at Ye Mu.
Ye Mu simply nodded before taking her leave.
She was drenched in her white dress and her pink bra could be seen from behind the dress that had already turned semi-transparent from the water. It was not difficult to notice that Ye Mu had a good figure and that she was curvaceous at the right place, despite being so thin.
As an ordinary man, Gu Yiming couldn’t help but glance at Ye Mu’s chest. He had never been interested in Ye Mu, but the moment he saw Ye Mu’s drenched body, his mouth went dry. His Adam’s apple bobbed twice in his throat involuntarily.
“Little wife, why are you out here?” Mo Shen had just walked into the lobby when he spotted Ye Mu wrapped around a towel as she was walking towards the corridor.
Ye Mu was quick to turn around when she heard his voice. She looked a little bit confused, “Didn’t you say that you’re going to meet with a friend? How come you’re here so soon?”
“We just met outside.” Mo Shen looked at her carefully and he didn’t fail to notice the subtle abnormality in her expression. He raised his hand and tugged at her towel before asking, “What’s the matter with this?”
“Let’s talk about it when we get back.” Ye Mu’s attention quickly shifted onto Mo Shen as she ignored the two people standing next to her.
Ye Qiyi looked at Ye Mu’s back and she couldn’t help but sneer. The receptionist was talking to the technician, “Hello? Can you go over and check the swimming pool in Heaven Room No. 1?”
The receptionist quickly ended the call and she was quick to ask Gu Yiming, “Hello, what’s the price range of the rooms that you are looking for?”
Gu Yiming did not ignore the words of the lady at the front desk and said with a look of indifference, “Any Heaven room will do.”
“All right.” This was another high-paying customer.
The receptionist revealed a smile and booked the appropriate room for the two of them, “Here are the keys to your Heaven Room No. 2, I wish you a happy holiday!”
Ye Qiyi didn’t pay attention to the conversation of the receptionist and the technician.
She had no idea that Gu Yiming had deliberately chosen to take the room closest to Ye Mu. She happily took his arm and talked about him with their holiday arrangements, “I heard that the hot springs around this place are also pretty good? Shall we go to the hot springs tomorrow?”
Aside from the fact that Ye Mu was in the same hotel as her, Ye Qiyi was still happy with everything else.
