Ah Wan immediately sent the contact number of the screen-protector selling, delivery-riding, part-time acting girl over to the young master.

That night, Xue Baoyi managed to call up Jiang Zhi for a meetup at Plum Garden of the Floating Hall. As a precautionary step, he even guaranteed that Jiang Zhi could leave before 8:30 pm so as to not disturb his child-like sleep schedule.

As soon as Jiang Zhi arrived at the place, he plopped down onto the sofa and paid no heed to those in the same room.

Xue Baoyi wore an ecstatic look on his face as he played dice. Seeing Jiang Zhi missing out on so much fun, he called out to his friend. “Brother Zhi, what are you doing on your phone? C’mere, let’s play a round or two.”

Jiang Zhi ignored the man’s words. The light in his eyes seemed to be absent tonight, but every now and then, he would grab his phone which was placed on the table as if to check on something.

Ah Wan was standing loyally behind the young master and knew everything the man was up to. “Boss, Miss Zhou hasn’t accepted your request yet.” He felt a little proud at his mini triumph over Jiang Zhi. “She has already agreed to my friend request though.”

Jiang Zhi’s brows knitted.

The young master was unhappy tonight, so Ah Wan decided to intervene. “What name did you use when you sent her the request? Did’ya use your real name?” He suddenly realized that his brain capacity seemed to have expanded significantly. Perhaps he was a late-bloomer at brain development?

“Boss, ya gotta use your real name when befriending someone. If she doesn’t know who you really are, she’ll mistakenly assume that you’re just another telemarketer.”

Jiang Zhi lifted his eyelids to look at the hulking figure who was blocking out the ceiling lights and casting a great big shadow on his face. “When were you this much of a godd*mn chatterbox?”

“…”

‘Fine. I won’t say a word more. Sounds like the young master has been using cuss words a lot more recently.’

Jiang Zhi cracked open a can of milk and emptied it into a wine glass. However, he quickly became disinterested in it after a few initial sips. He carelessly placed the glass down onto the table and fished up the phone which he tossed aside on the sofa. Then, as Ah Wan suggested, he changed the name of his account and sent a message over to Zhou Xufang. Ten minutes later, the message still hadn’t gotten through to her phone.

‘Sh*t, what the hell is that woman doing?’

Thunk.

He threw his phone onto the table.

“Jiang Zhi.” Ming Saiying was dressed exceptionally pretty that night. She skipped over to Jiang Zhi with a brilliant smile on her face. “What happened to your phone screen? It’s all shattered, see?”

Jiang Zhi freed up his collar button. “It’s none of your business.”

“…”

He was kinda pissed today.

Ming Saiying picked the furthest available seat away from Jiang Zhi. Fine, it was alright if the man had a little bit of a fiery temper. She had actually been celebrating something in the room next door, but upon catching wind that Jiang Zhi was here, she had shamelessly invited herself into this one. If it were not for Jiang Wei’er owing her a favor due to Xiao Linshu’s matter, she would have long been kicked out of the room. After all, it wasn’t too long ago when she ordered Jiang Zhi to be abducted just to fulfill her perverted fantasies.

She did not dare to rouse his anger. And so, quietly…quietly she sat there, gazing at Jiang Zhi as if he was a painting in an art gallery.

Finishing a round of dice, Xue Baoyi sipped on a bit of hard liquor which further fueled his excitement. “Come round! Come round! Let’s play a game of truth or dare!”

Qiao Nanchu flung a piece of orange peel at the euphoric man. “You’re pretty trashy huh, Xue Baoyi?”

Xue Baoyi was not amused by that comment. “So what if I’m trashy? As long as it’s fun, count me in!” He loved trashy, unrefined games as much as he liked his women. Taking off his suit jacket, he stood up and called out for his goons to gather round. “Brother Zhi, c’mere man! Stop fumbling around like you’re some hormonal high school girl waiting for her crush’s reply.”

Jiang Zhi looked up from his phone’s screen and coughed with his mouth shut. He was feeling slightly under the weather tonight but a vicious look appeared in his eyes. “Fine. Let’s play. I’ll start.”

What a rare occasion. The sickly prince was finally showing interest in something.

Xue Baoyi rolled up his sleeves and accepted the challenge. “A-okay!”

What happened next…

For the first round, Jiang Zhi was the one who spun the empty beer bottle. By sheer coincidence, the bottle ended up pointing at Xue Baoyi.

‘D*mn son! What’s this? Sniper elite? This man must’ve been spinning beer bottles in secret every day!’ thought Xue Baoyi.

“Brother Zhi, for some reason, I think you’re targeting me.”

Jiang Zhi sat alone on the opposite sofa with his legs stretched out. He had a blanket covering his legs and his outer coat remained on. Because the room wasn’t well-ventilated, the corner of his eyes had started to redden from the stale air, making him appear as though he had already downed a couple of shots.

“No sh*t, Sherlock.” His fingers fiddled with the empty beer bottle. “Now, pick your poison.”

‘D*mn, nowhere is truly safe with this dude around!’

Xue Baoyi was a little intimidated but he replied nonetheless. “Dare.”

“Fine.” Jiang Zhi took out a wet wipe and disinfected the hand that had touched the beer bottle. “Take off your clothes and run a lap around this place.”

This was merely the first round and to order such a thing…

Xue Baoyi twisted his face. “My lord, I beggeth for your mercy.” No matter how trashy he was, he was still the executive of a well-established entertainment company. At the very least, he was somewhat of a public figure, so to heed Jiang Zhi’s order was pretty much throwing his pride away.

Jiang Zhi licked his lips and hesitantly loosened the rules.

“I’ll allow you to leave your boxers on.”

“…”

‘I’ll never play with Jiang Zhi again. What a heartless b*stard he is.’

Ashen-faced, Xue Baoyi peeled off his clothes. Reluctantly, he ran one lap around the place, and in the process, he made sure to keep his face covered by wrapping his arms around his head. At one point, one of the Floating Hall’s staff members mistook him for a sexual deviant and tried to kick him out of the place.

“That’s it. I’m out.”

Xue Bingxue was a good little boy, plus, he disliked playing such uncouth games.

Xue Baoyi was still pulling up his pants when he yelled out at his uncle with a face as red as a tomato. “No way!” He yanked Xue Bingxue back to the table. “I’ve already run around this place naked. All of you, don’t you even dare to think of running away!”

Xie Bingxue stole glances at Jiang Wei’er who sat opposite him while touching the tip of his ears.

The next unfortunate victim was Ming Saiying.

Xue Baoyi’s expression changed when it was her turn. “C’mon, pick something, Miss Ming.”

Of course, Ming Saiying didn’t have the guts to run around naked like Xue Baoyi, and so, her response was “Truth”.

BORING.

If only she had picked dare, Xue Baoyi would’ve had the chance to get back at Jiang Zhi. Destroying his plans like that, he was dissatisfied.

“If Brother Zhi here has erectile problems, would you still go for him?” Xue Baoyi made sure to flash a malicious look at Jiang Zhi.

Erectile dysfunction…

They had no idea whether or not he truly had erectile dysfunction, but all of them knew that Jiang Zhi was more or less impotent. Qiao Nanchu knew all the details about this matter, but he too understood just how sensitive this topic was. Xue Baoyi just couldn’t keep his filthy mouth shut and so, Qiao Nanchu kicked him underneath the table to snap him out of it.

“Don’t cross the line, man.”

Xue Baoyi was halfway through buttoning up his shirt when he gave up. “Ah, screw this shirt. I’m gonna see this game through till the very end.” He was not afraid of any consequences, he was no coward. “C’mon, hurry up and say it!”

Ming Saiying faked an embarrassed expression. “I would love him even if he can’t get it up.”

Jiang Zhi licked his teeth.

In the next round, Ming Saiying managed to get Jiang Wei’er into the spotlight.

Jiang Wei’er placed her drinking glass down and stomped on the table. “Throw me any questions ya want.”

“Have you and Xiao Linshu done it?”

She didn’t even blink as she replied, “Nope. My old lady is pretty conservative, you see. She’s rather strict when it comes to things like this. If that thing down there gets broken, I’d have to marry the man responsible immediately or be forced to sleep on the streets.

“…”

This was indeed the Jiang family’s ground rules, but she had the guts to say it out loud like that.

Xue Baoyi glanced at his uncle. As expected, that slimy f*cker was smiling to himself.

This jackass!

Jiang Wei’er completed her task flawlessly, and with nimble fingers, she sent the bottle spinning again.

After just three spins, it ended up pointing at Jiang Zhi.

Jiang Zhi had complete mastery over bottle-spinning, and so did Jiang Wei’er. They could get anyone to speak if they wished to. Without waiting to hear Jiang Zhi’s decision, she asked, “Are you a top or a bottom person? Even if you’ve never done it, you must’ve at least fantasized about it, no? Top or bottom?”

Jiang Zhi’s brows furrowed. The blanket slid off his lap and he bent down to pick it up before answering the age-old question.

Xue Baoyi was howling like a chimpanzee. This question, he had been wondering about it for so many years. Ever since Jiang Zhi had come out of the closet, in fact. It had been so many years but never once had he seen the man with a boyfriend. Was he the one who penetrates or did he prefer to be on the receiving end? Considering Jiang Zhi’s spicy temper, he must’ve been a top guy, but could his body afford to manhandle someone else?

Whoa, this was really exciting!

Xue Baoyi couldn’t handle the suspense and urged Jiang Zhi to cough up his answer. “Dude, hurry up and say it!” No way in hell had this man never had a wet dream before!

Jiang Zhi’s face was drained of any color, his skin was cold and sickly-pale, like that of a corpse. Still, his rosy lips stood out from the rest of his body. Stifling a cough, he said, “Did I even say that I would choose ‘Truth’?”

So, he wasn’t gonna answer the question?

Jiang Wei’er blew at her bangs. “I know the answer already. You like being at the bottom.” She lifted her long, slender leg and crossed it over the other. Raising her eyebrows, she made a dramatic facial expression. “Playing with your aunt, you’re still as tender as fresh-cut grass.” If he was a top person, he would’ve already answered the question.

Jiang Zhi pulled off his necktie, exposing his Adam’s apple and collarbone. His face was now flushed red. “Jiang Wei’er.”

The three syllables cut through the air clearly, sounding a bit aggressive.

So, this was where the line was drawn for Jiang Zhi. Xue Baoyi and Qiao Nanchu looked at each other. They had gotten their answer, albeit indirectly. Jiang Zhi was a bottom guy.

Seeing her nephew’s reaction, Jiang Wei’er backed off. “Fine, fine, you pass. Your turn now.”

Jiang Zhi unbuttoned another button and sat upright, his fingertips caressing the tip of the bottle. His fingernails were well-trimmed and had not even the slightest bit of gunk in them. Lightly, he spun the bottle.

It spun for half a circle and stopped, the tip of the bottle pointing toward Jiang Wei’er.

“So, this is your revenge?”

“Yes,” Jiang Zhi replied nonchalantly.

Jiang Wei’er grit her teeth before rolling up her sleeves. “I pick dare!”

Oh ho.

Xue Baoyi gave her a thumbs up. “I admire your courage! Destroy him!”

Jiang Zhi rubbed his lower lip and smiled deviously. This smile was directed at the soft man that was Xue Bingxue. Lifting his delicate finger, he pointed at Xue Baoyi’s uncle. “French kiss that man for one whole minute. Not a second less.”

“…”

Xue Bingxue was speechless, and unconsciously, he swallowed a breath out of nervousness.
