The other party would definitely not dare to do anything if they saw that there were so many of them.

Furthermore, Marion was an arrogant person. He was certain that they wouldn’t dare do anything to him because of his rich father.

However, Marion’s words did boost their morale. The young men in the room were already drunk, and they were at the age when they were not afraid of anything. They immediately clamored to go over together.

With that, a group of arrogant young men stormed out of the booth under Marion’s lead.

Cathy walked with the crowd, her face pale.

To be honest, Cathy did not think anything bad would happen to them because she was still quite confident in Joel and Marcus’ capabilities.

She was more worried that Joel and Marion would not be able to control their temper and would end up getting violent and fighting them.

It would not be surprising if they did such a thing under the influence of alcohol.

The situation had also escalated because she had slapped the fat man. If things really got out of hand and attracted the police, she would not be able to escape responsibility.

Joel noticed her expression and comforted her. “I’m very familiar with the manager of this bar, and I’ve also met the boss twice. If we really run into trouble, they’ll give me some face. We’ll be fine.”

Cathy pursed her lips and gave a small nod, feeling a twinge of regret. She should have agreed to go back with Nina earlier.

Eddie followed after them excitedly.

Beth looked worried. After thinking for a moment, she told Nina, “You go back first. I’ll follow along and take a look.”

Nina didn’t go back.

This was a high-end bar. The hall on the first floor was mainly used for the stage and dance floor, while the private booths on the second floor were specially provided for some wealthy customers with separate needs. Their expenses were not low.

There were three floors in the bar, and the Supreme Hall was on the third floor. Every private booth had huge floor-to-ceiling windows that overlooked the entire first floor of the bar. It was detached, quiet, and yet did not lack atmosphere.

Nonetheless, the cost for these booths was quite expensive.

Marion and the others were brought up to the third floor.

They felt slightly uneasy.

However, Marion still believed that the other party might just simply be a little rich boss who could afford a few bodyguards.

Businessmen like him were never willing to provoke gangs.

When they entered the booth, everyone was shocked.

Soft, relaxing music filled the room.

A young Asian lady was lying naked in the middle of a huge round table. Various dishes were piled on her body, and there were eight men in their 30s and 40s sitting around the round table. They were picking up food with interest.

Some people would ask the woman, who was used as a serving platter, questions, and the woman would answer in Japanese and limited English.

There were many hefty men in black standing in the room.

But there was a quiet and harmonious atmosphere.

Marion stubbornly thought that even though the other party seemed quite capable, given his background, plus Marcus and Joel, there was nothing to fear.

Marcus looked at the tattooed arms of the hefty men in black and found them familiar. He fell into deep thought.

Cathy also realized that the other party was probably an important person. She shuddered subconsciously after her eyes met the fat man who had attacked her.

The man was also sitting at the round table. He was putting his chopsticks on the woman’s nipple, and he gave a lewd and threatening look to Cathy before turning to look viciously at Marion.

The burly man who led the way for Marion walked straight to the round table after entering. He stopped behind a man with a flat-top haircut, who was wearing a black short-sleeved shirt.

“Boss, I’ve brought him.”

The man in the short-sleeved shirt waved his chopsticks, and the burly man took a few steps back.

Joel understood the look on Marion’s face and knew that he had to go forward and say something now.

He thought for a little, stepped forward, and said, “Sir, I’m Joel Lange. May I know why you’re looking for my little brother?”
