Shen Youran took out a small mirror from her bag and put on exquisite makeup along with a bright-colored lipstick and let down her hair. Her slightly-curled hair looked smooth and lustrous, accentuating her exquisite and cute eyes, which brought forth a hint of allure.
Qiu Shaoze knew her intention. “Are you planning to seduce him?”
Shen Youran checked her makeup in the mirror before putting her mirror away with a look of satisfaction.

But she did not know if He Jiashan still remembered her or not.
If he did not remember her, she’d still have to put in more effort.

She nodded at him and calmed her nerves before gripping the doorknob and entering. Inside, laughter filled the room.
With one look, she spotted He Jiashan playing mahjong with three other men, and a woman sat at each of their sides.
As the private lounge door was suddenly opened, everyone turned their heads toward her. Some were shocked, some were curious, some were astonished.
She pretended to be frantic. “Sorry, I entered the wrong room.”
As she was preparing to close the door, she pretended to see He Jiashan at that moment and said in a shocked tone, “Young Master He?”
He Jiashan was looking at his tiles as he smoked. When he heard a woman calling out his name from the entrance, he raised his head and looked toward her.
He felt that the woman at the entrance was familiar. But even if he took a careful look at her, he still could not remember where he had seen her.
