On the set of Yan Corporation’s new drama series’ filming commencement ceremony.
Xia Changyue rushed here early in the morning since she was the new series’ scriptwriter.
She wore a white chiffon dress, which made her look graceful and yet bubbly.
The filming commencement ceremony was held in the afternoon. However, due to Yan Corporation’s huge monetary investment into it, it attracted a lot of attention from the media before its filming commenced.
Hundreds of media outlets had sent their people to do coverage, so she came early to show her utmost respect for the event.
The ceremony would not start for another hour, so the media were taken to the lounge first.
Xia Changyue looked at her watch and bit her lips. She then picked up her bag and left the production unit quietly.
She walked straight to the cafeteria at the side immediately after she left the production unit.
She saw the little guy who was sitting near the entrance of the cafeteria before she even reached the door. He was waving to her excitedly.
Xia Changyue couldn’t help but smile, and she quickly got into the cafeteria.
“Little Hanhan almost fell asleep waiting for you, Little Yueyue.” The little guy slid down the chair and rushed his cuddly body into her arms.
Although he was complaining, his arms circled around her neck tightly.
Xia Changyue smiled and said, “It is all my fault, but I always have Big Brother Han on my mind when I am working. Can you forgive me now?”
“Barely forgiven,” the little guy pouted his lips and kissed her on her cheek.
Xia Changyue carried him up and looked at An Chenxu, who was sitting on his seat.
“I am off today, so I brought Hanhan out to play. I know you are coming to the filming commencement news conference, so I brought him along to see you. Please don’t feel that you have inconvenienced me.”
An Chenxu saw Xia Changyue’s apologetic gaze; he quickly pre-empted her and said those words.
“Have a seat, I ordered a cappuccino on your behalf.” An Chenxu pushed the cup in front of him to Xia Changyue.
“Thank you, Brother Chenxu.”
Xia Changyue sat down and put the little guy on her lap. Then she lifted the cup to take a sip of the coffee.
Although Hanhan had always been a little imp, he loved to cling to Xia Changyue. He snuggled into her arms and hugged her around her neck tightly with his small arms.
He kept asking if he was the man that Xia Changyue loved the most.
“What is it, Big Brother Han? Why do you keep asking me that today?” Xia Changyue put down her cup and looked at the little guy curiously.
Although he asked her that question every now and then, the frequency of him asking that question seemed to have increased since last night.
Xia Changyue narrowed her eyes and looked at the little guy who was pouting. She was trying to see what was in his mind.
However, the little guy had much more complex thoughts than her, so she couldn’t see what was on his mind at all.
“I am afraid Little Yueyue will forget me once you have a ‘Wild Guy’…” The little guy blinked his eyes, buried his delicate little face into her bosom, and acted childishly.
However, there was a cunning gleam in his eyes.
He had already seen Little Yueyue’s “Wild Guy.” He was as handsome as he was but much taller and stronger than him. What if Little Yueyue loved him more than she loved Hanhan?
