Yan Chengchi had a gleam in his eyes. Then he looked at the opulent watch on his wrist.
The meeting started around 9am, and it was close to 12pm now. Xia Changyue had been waiting for him here for almost three hours, so it was no wonder she had dozed off.
He waved his hand. The Special Assistant immediately bowed, backed out of the office, and shut the door respectfully.
Yan Chengchi stepped forward, removed his jacket, and gently covered her with it. The two of them were so close together now.

When she looked at Yan Chengchi cautiously and prepared to leave, she saw the Special Assistant open the door and entered the office.
“It is almost time for your lunch appointment with President Chen, Young Master Chi.”
“Cancel it.”
Yan Chengchi looked up and said coldly.
He stood up behind the desk at the next moment, then he looked at Xia Changyue and said, “Have lunch with me.”

“Do you have any objections?” Yan Chengchi became severe when he saw her remain quiet.

The mobile phone in her bag rang.
It interrupted what Xia Changyue was about to say. She looked at Yan Chengchi nervously and proceeded to pick up the call when she realized that he wasn’t angry.
