Yan Susu looked sideways at him, feeling worried that she might have gone overboard.
As the seconds turned into minutes, she could not stay silent any longer and began, “Um…”
Just then, however, Lu Zhanxiu’s attention turned to his phone.

Without waiting for him to speak, the pitter-patter began from the other end.
