Chapter 78
Evan and Robert were following the red dot on the phone when they heard the leaf crunches like is has been stepped in . They both look at each other and decided to check it . There they saw Ken with a blood all over his suit and he was walking towards them . They saw that his face lightens up for a bit and ask them to follow him . No one speaks, they were all running and following ken's direction . Evan heart almost exploded after seeing the blood on ken's suit . He doesn't seem to be injured which he was relief for, but the emotion he had on his face was something had never seen even when ken's father dies . His eyes were full of sorrow and his face was white as sheet of paper . He can see that he doesn't have so much energy so he walked closer to him and put his arm on his shoulder to accompany him . Later he saw a bamboo house . After he open the door, he saw Daniella's body lying on the floor with her eyes close . When he saw that her body didn't have any color, he immediately let go of Ken and move closer to her . As he placed his finger on her wrist he sighed as a relief to find the pulse . Meanwhile Ken creased his eyebrow after seeing Evan checking her wrist . Then he realized that he just made a gravely sin . He shut his eyes and course at himselfDamn Ken!!! The pulse is on the wrist not breast . . !!!!If he was not too tired, he will be hitting himself because of his ignorance . Then the next thing he saw was the man who was with Daniella in the casino . He was wearing a casual shirt and had a medicine kit on his hand . The man sits next to her and immediately inject her neck with something . –Daniella suddenly awaken by the pain on her neck . It was one of the things she hated so much and she figured that there's only one person on earth who loves to do it, and it was Robert . Her eyes suddenly opened and look at the person who was still pressing the injection on her neck . She crinkled her nose and lifted her other hand but it stops in the mid-way when a familiar warm hand touches it . She suddenly forgot the pain in her neck and turned to her left side . There she saw the man that she has been thinking to ease the pain . "Evan" she uttered in a faint voice . Evan didn't say anything, he just lowered his head and kiss the hand he has been holding . Daniella can see in his eyes how worried he was .
