Chapter 70
Inside of Evan's office . The whole place was quiet just like a cave as he lay his wife's body down at the sofa, he stared at her with his deep eyes . Then he subconsciously explore her body with his eyes . He stared at her for quite sometime . Soon his body lay down above her and started kissing her . Daniella only moan to hide the pain as his lip brushes hers . His kissed was light but it gave her a little pain after it was bitten by Glen . After remembering what Glen did . She immediately opened her eyes and she felt her whole body shivered . When she came back to her senses, she tried to pushed him away but he is more stubborn than a rock so she just let him do whatever he was doing . As his kiss went down to her neck, he lifted her shirt and to help him, she raised her hand, and that movement gave him more reason to continue . As he removed her shirt completely, he threw it on the floor and started kiss in her again . They parted their lips for a moment to get some air . They were both gasping, as they catches their breath Evan move closer to kiss her again but stop when the corner of his eyes caught the bruises on her arm . He furrowed his brows and touch it gently, as she watches him touching her arm, she felt a guilt pinned inside her heart . She totally forgot to tell him about Glen . They were both quiet and waiting who will talk first . When the man couldn't wait anymore, he focus his eyes at her and gave her a deep look . As she stared at his eyes, she was like a lost kid in the forest . It was too dark and she was having a hard time figuring out what he was thinking . She felt that she dug a pit and fell on it, she just realized that Evan must have seen the memory while kissing her . Therefore she waited until he will speak first . When she noticed that he seems to be waiting for her explanation, she placed her hand on his cheeks and uttered the name Glen . She didn't tell the whole story instead she kissed him and thought of what happened earlier . When Evan stopped kissing her, he emitted a long breath and held her hands"I will talk to him " he said in a serious voiced . She nodded as respond to him and smile . When she thought that the issue was over, she saw his eyes narrowing and then lifted her body and let her sit on his lap . She was half naked when they heard a knock on the door . Before Evan could answer Daniella jump out of his lap and run towards the restroom . Evan laugh when he saw her panicking . He can't believed that his wife panicked by the knock on the door but not while she was hanging on the wall . He shook his head and walked towards the door while trying so hard to wipe off the smile on his face . He opened it and his smile removed by itself when he saw Glen and Ken standing the door, they both had a serious look on their faces and walk inside without him inviting them . After he closed the door he walked towards his table and sit on the chair while he place both of his hands on the arm chairs and he showed a serious expression showing how much he wanted to punch Glen .
