The third guard fell to the ground as Geer let out a furious roar.

Bates stopped attacking the goblin soldiers. His black body quickly rushed into the forest, and with a few jumps, he’d disappeared from Geer’s sight.
“Coward, come out!” he yelled, “I’m going to kill you myself! I’ll chop your body into pieces and make meat soup!”
An angry roar spread out. Geer rushed to where Bates had disappeared. His broadsword slashed down rapidly, leaving a deep mark on the ground. No matter how hard Geer looked around, he still could not find Bates.
After a long time, Geer finally calmed down.
He let the goblin hunters and warriors of the Goblin City continue to search for Bates in the forest, and brought the goblin priest and the last goblin guard back to his ‘palace’.

He appeared in front of the goblin priest, and in a flash, had pierced through the priest’s head with his claws

The level 14 goblin priest had a warrior-level attribute template.
Bates guessed that this goblin priest’s health must have exceeded 500 points, possibly 1,000.
Even though the physique of the spellcaster was obviously weaker, the goblin priest had a warrior-level attribute template, which meant that the health bonus he received would not allow his health to be lower than a goblin guard.
