Mu Yunhai did not respond to her but chose to leave directly.
“Don’t you dare come back to me!”
Mu Yunhai still left without heeding her.
“Damn it! God damn it!” Wang Yunxi exploded with frustration.
“Miss, why do you still cling onto that kind of man? Divorce him and find yourself a better husband!” The driver advised her.
He was Wang Yunxi’s driver for ten years now. Although Wang Yunxi was a spoilt and reckless girl, he still held a strong feeling for her as a servant. He did not want his master to be treated like that.
Wang Yunxi also wanted to abandon Mu Yunhai just like that! But, she could not reconcile with the fact that Mu Yunhai did not adore her. She had spent quite some effort on their relationship.

“Canceled? Why?”

She would never believe that Lu Man could marry another man so soon. She had even gotten married to Pei Xiuyuan!

Mu Yunhai stared at her mother who was on the verge of tears. He closed his eyes and forced himself to stay calm after a long while. He stretched out his hand and allowed his mother to tend to his wound.
She was stunned when her son asked her to bandage his wound.
“Son, how do you bandage it? How nice would it be if Manman was here…” She said naturally but the atmosphere soon became heavy.
She wanted to slap her mouth shut! How could she bring it up?

He finished bandaging his hand.
Then, Madam Mu asked him weakly, “Have you eaten?”
“Is there any food?”
“Yes, instant noodles…” Madam Mu did not know how to cook. Moreover, Lu Man had never allowed her the chance to cook these past few years. So, she only knew how to cook instant noodles.
“I was not home these past few days. Have you been eating that?” Mu Yunhai’s head hurt again. His mother was just like a child who needed someone to take care of her all the time. Manman was there in the past but now…
His headache became worse. But, it was not only that. His whole being hurt. It hurt to be alive.
“I called food delivery before. But, I’m tired of outside food.” She was used to Lu Man’s cooking. The food outside tasted bad. The instant noodles seemed much better.
“I’ll hire a cooking lady soon. Just eat whatever you can find. Don’t be choosy.” Manman would never come back to cook for them anymore.
“Fine.”
Madam Mu voiced out again with extreme care after keeping quiet for a while. “Son, why is your honeymoon canceled? What’s wrong between you and Yunxi?”

“Why did he cancel it?”
