Wang Yunxi was toasting the guests. Suddenly, she was dragged to the side.

Wang Yunxi trembled when she heard her elder brother’s threatening voice.
“She might be… in the east wing.”

Xiao Liu quickly went ahead to change Lu Man’s clothes.
The door was suddenly kicked open.
The men in the room were so frightened that they turned their head instinctively.
They saw a man coming in with a murderous aura about him. He looked just like Asura1, seemingly very frightening and ferocious.
He came toward Xiao Liu like a strong whirlwind before anyone realized what was happening.
Then, they heard Xiao Liu’s devastating cries.
They soon recovered their senses and turned their gazes toward Xiao Liu. Xiao Liu held himself together. He seemed so much in pain that his face was twisted with agony. It seemed like he might die from the pain.
Soon, everybody trembled vigorously. They retreated a few steps subconsciously.
It was Pei Xiuyuan who had appeared like Asura in front of them.
He almost lost it when he saw Lu Man lying on the bed. Her face was flushed. Her clothes were pulled down and her shoulders were clearly exposed. But, he still forced himself to remain calm and cold. No facial expression could be read from his face.
He lifted Lu Man up with great care.
“Who are you? What are you doing?” The leader saw that he was going to rescue her and soon he recovered his senses.
It seemed like Pei Xiuyuan did not hear him at all. He helped Lu Man into a more comfortable position in his arms.
“Put her down. We’ll pretend that nothing has happened. Get lost now!” The leader was a gangster before. He had always forced women into making such films. Thus, he was quite a brave man.
The leader moved forward and the others followed suit. They surrounded Pei Xiuyuan.
Pei Xiuyuan scanned the crowd.
He looked at them hard. That glare was so ferocious that no one dared to move a step.

Mu Yunhai clenched his outstretched hands instead. “What’s wrong with Manman?”
“You don’t have to worry about my wife,” he said calmly but firmly. He sounded so dominating.
