Fang Chixia scolded him in her heart.
She was still in pain everywhere and had no energy to do it with him again. Standing up, she went to the kitchen.
After a while, she gave him a plate of plain toast.
Luo Yibei’s threat had worked.
Pushing the breakfast over to him, Fang Chixia waited until he picked it up and had a taste. She did not immediately eat her breakfast, but turned and ran to the living room to grab a piece of paper and a pen.
“Tell me what you like and what you don’t like.” Putting her hands on the table, she pulled back the chair next to him and sat down.
They still had to live together for four years. Fang Chixia did not want to suffer because of such a small matter.
Luo Yibei paused slightly, and he looked at her serious expression from the corner of his eye. His thin lips lifted and he said without any expression, “I like French, Italian, Spanish, and Brazilian cuisines. I hate Japanese, Thai, Korean, and Indian ones. I like fresh foods, hate those with strange smells and any raw seafood. I like bland things and not those with strong flavors. I like rosemary, hate garlic, like original flavors and hate sweets. I like black, white and gray, and hate all bright colors. I like cool colors, hate warm colors, and the most important thing is…”
His eyes turned to her and he said, “I like silence and hate noises!”
He had said a lot and spoke very fast, just like a machine gun.
The tip of Fang Chixia’s pen kept moving on the paper busily as if her fingers were having a fight.
Finally, she had finished writing all of it down.
“All right! I got it.” Looking at the long list, she seemed to have a sense of accomplishment.
Luo Yibei glanced at what she had written. It was obvious that he did not expect her to be able to write down everything he had said.
This girl had surprised him again.
Luo Yibei cleared his throat and took a sip of the milk in the cup. Then he said lightly, “Move all the things you usually use here by today. If there aren’t any special circumstances, I’ll pick you up at the university every evening.”
Every evening…
Fang Chixia was stunned. She felt slightly sick just thinking about it, but she still replied cooperatively, “Okay.”
Wasn’t it normal to sleep together every night after getting married?
Luo Yibei did not say much and finished his breakfast quietly. Raising his watch to look at the time, he stood up and when he was about to walk out of the villa, he handed her a card. “Take this.”
Fang Chixia did not refuse like she did last time, and took the card with a peace of mind.
Now that this was a family of two, how could she afford the expenses for two people with the little money she had that was barely enough to support herself?
She should accept it.
Luo Yibei left after that. He had just gotten into the car when Fang Chixia’s figure came running out. She seemed to be in a bit of a hurry as her small face was all red.
Lowering the car window, Luo Yibei looked at her with his eyebrows slightly raised. “Yes?”
“I’m going back to university and will sort out my things as well. Which direction are you going? Can you give me a ride? I’m going to be late!” Fang Chixia stood outside the car. She did not know if he would agree and her eyes were shining.
Luo Yibei did not answer and glanced at the seat beside him from the corner of his eye.
