She found an exceptionally stylish dining table that was hollow in the middle and arranged some white flowers laced on its sides. After that, she’d even specially placed some candles and flower petals on the dining table.
Layers of petals from all sorts of flowers stretched along the dining table, all the way until the seats where the two would sit.
To complete the setting, she had lit up quite a number of candles as well. The lit candles flickered in the dining room, and the entire house was filled with the soft haze of candlelight that left a comforting ambiance.
It was clear that Fang Chixia had put in some effort to prepare this meal.
