“Killing…” Li Yan laughed and twiddled his fingers without commenting.

Zhang Mingyuan suddenly thought of something. “By the way, the power I launched will only last for two hours. Your right arm is fine.”

Li Yan relaxed a little. He still had a few more matches to fight in Kowloon. Losing his right arm would only hinder his success.

“One last thing. Were you playing cat and mouse with me these last few days?”

Zhang Mingyuan shook his head and said, “I don’t know what you are talking about.”

“Never mind. You should go back.”

Li Yan stood up and turned to leave.

Zhang Mingyuan looked up and asked, “Why did you mention my sister?”

Li Yan raised his pitch and said, “We were lovers.”

“You!”

Zhang Mingyuan was so irritated that he almost sat up, but Li Yan had already left.

Walking out of the room, Li Yan felt relieved.

“He’s a strong kid.”

It was hard to control his strength when he was fighting. Li Yan had thought he could take him down with a strong attack at his chest. The fact that Zhang had managed to tackle Li Yan’s sword and straight punches already surprised him. That might be the help from the Yanfu.

His phone rang.

Li Yan looked at the number and picked up at once.

“What’s up, Red Ghost?”

It sounded very noisy on the other end of the phone. Li Yan could hear people arguing. “Li Yan right? Come to the boxing ring and escort a young man out of here. If someone blocks you along the way, destroy him.”

Li Yan was shocked. “The Grand Duke?”

Li Yan ran to the ring as soon as he hung up the phone.

“Nobody is leaving until I kill this man.”

The man who had just spoken threw his white jacket on the floor, showing his tight muscles. His Yaksha tattoos made him look even more terrifying.

Huashanjiu’s hands were covered in blood and his veins were prominent on his face from anger. Hundreds of gangsters blocked the exits of Fu Yi Tower, readying to fight.

Around fifty security guards with straight faces stopped Huashan Jiu with their guns. Yu Shu, also known as Taisui, was drinking hard liquor at the side.

“Who do you think you are? How dare you keep all of us here? We came here for the boxing matches, not for your gang fights,” said a fifty year old man in a suit. His hair was flawless and made him appear stately.

All the gambles here belonged to the upper class society. They were definitely not afraid of these gangs. Plus, Huashan Jiu was just one of the fourteen gang bosses.

“If he’s not important enough to cause a scene here, why don’t you let me, Uncle Zheng?”

Zheng looked at the man who had spoken and kept quiet.

That person didn’t say a thing until Zheng spoke up. He wiped his spectacles as he spoke.

He stood up from the deck and walked gently to Huashanjiu.

“He Lian Sheng and Chang Kaile, we as juniors apologize for tonight’s drama and to everyone who was affected.”

“Le, you don’t have to be like this. Actually…”

The man named Chang Kaile raised his hand and the old man didn’t dare continue his speech.

“Everybody please forgive Jiu for being rude. Whoever wants to leave, you may do so. If you want to stay for this drama, we won’t kick you out. However, this is between us and He Lian Sheng. We don’t want the others to get involved.”

After he said this, he bowed at the deck and private compartments for five seconds.

Zheng was still standing on the deck, and he didn’t know how to end this. Yu Shu sensed his embarrassment and said, “Uncle Zheng, Mr. Le is understanding enough. Since he already apologized, there’s no need in getting angry at him.”

The old man finally had the chance to get out of there. The rest of the audience also left immediately. They obviously didn’t want to be involved in this mess.

More than half of the audience left, making Fu Yi Tower seem empty. Some of them stayed for the scene, but they all belonged to elitist families in Hong Kong. If any of them were hurt here, the government would order its army to invade Kowloon for the third time and use this as a chance to get rid of the gangs.

Li Yan entered the hall.

“Red Ghost, what’s wrong?” he asked in a soft voice.

“Zhou lost.” Red Ghost was in a bad mood.

Li Yan looked up to the ring, but all he could see was a puddle of brown blood.

“His right hand was chopped off and his belly was sliced. His intestines were all over the floor. Huashenjiu asked his men to send him to the hospital. He Lian Sheng is definitely not happy about this.”

Li Yan looked at the crowd. There were Yu Shu, Zhou’s manager Ruan Hongzhi, the furious Huashanjiu, and a man that Li Yan couldn’t recognize. He made out some words like “rules of the ring” and “signing the agreement.”

“He is Mr. Le, Taizile, the son of He Lian Sheng’s boss, Chang Shen. Chang Shen is too old to manage the gang. He’s in charge now.”

Li Yan thought the name Taizile sounded like a yogurt brand. He didn’t have time to ask more. “Who was the young man that the Grand Duke asked me to escort out?”

Red Ghost brought Li Yan backstage. A young man was sitting there with bandages all around his waist. He could see blood leaking out. There were blood stains all over him but they didn’t seem to be fatal.

The young man looked calm. He lightened up when he saw Li Yan, “Are you the King of Hell?”

Li Yan didn’t bother to answer him. He turned to Red Ghost and asked, “Is he the one?”

Red Ghost nodded and said, “Get him out of Kowloon safe and sound. Let him die somewhere else if that’s his fate.”

The young man didn’t care about the cruelty of his words. He was still smiling like nothing had happened.

“Got it. Leave it to me.”

Li Yan asked the young man, “Can you still walk?”

“Sure.”

“Follow me.”

Li Yan headed out first and walked out of the hall through the back door. As they were walking downstairs, the young man kept talking behind him.

“I’m Xu Tianci. What’s your name?”

“You’re the only one who is worth my time fighting here.”

“I’ve practiced traditional martial arts for years. Fighting in Kowloon is fun.”

“That Zhou just now wasn’t bad. His broadsword was hitting me nonstop. But I was still much faster. Do you know about the Bazhan Knife? I sliced him twice.”

Li Yan suddenly stopped and looked at him, trying to suppress his anger. “You said you’ve practiced traditional martial arts for years. Do you believe in the virtue of martial arts?”

Xu Tianci was stunned by his question. He thought about it then shook his head, “It’s outdated.”

Li Yan laughed out loud and raised his leg at light speed to kick right at the young man’s bleeding waist.

Xu Tianci flew a meter and droplets of blood spattered until he slammed against an old white wall. Parts of the wall fell on him.

Li Yan stood still and said coldly, “I think so too.”
