The black mountain body wasn’t really tall and it was hidden behind two mountains. If one didn’t look closely, one wouldn’t have noticed it.
Even if one looked closely, one wouldn’t have been able to notice it.
This black mountain didn’t have any trees and it was just totally naked. There wasn’t any nice scenery and it wasn’t too tall such that one could look down onto all the mountains. So even if someone saw it, one wouldn’t care about it.
Only Li Xiandao himself saw this mountain. If he didn’t know about the Nether Purple Mountain, he would have simply overlooked it.
This was the way Nether Purple Mountain hid itself such that it was able to stay here without problems for tens of thousands of years.
Now that Li Xiandao was here, it sensed the aura from the contract and knew what was happening. Nether Purple Mountain was open and invited Li Xiandao in.
Li Xiandao walked in.
If he didn’t go when others didn’t invite him, wouldn’t it show that he was afraid?
Within Nether Purple Mountain, there wasn’t any special changes. It was just a mountain with many curved paths. When he walked to the core area, there was a cave.
This cave was completely empty.
There was a stone-made tea set and a half filled cup of tea. Who knew how long it had been left there for but the tea was still giving off steam.
Li Xiandao looked around and noticed that a few pieces of stone was stacked up at a corner. It formed into a human form and didn’t seem stable. But it didn’t sense it or rather it didn’t care at all. It just walked over, “Who are you to the Bank of the Universe?”
“The Master!” Li Xiandao said calmly.
“Nonsense, you aren’t the Master. I have seen that person and he is stronger than you.” The stone person raged.
Li Xiandao didn’t bother, “The person you mentioned was the Master but he disappeared in the world. I am the person who inherited it from the guy that inherited it. I am the new Master of the Bank of the Universe.”
The stone person was silent and said, “I have been waiting for so long. I signed a contract with him which said that I sold myself to him.”
Li Xiandao corrected him, “You didn’t sell yourself to him but to the Bank of the Universe.”
“You are so weak. You are just stage eight and you want me to be your subordinate?” The stone guy’s tone was filled with disdain.
Li Xiandao didn’t argue with him.
“I feel like you have no rights to say that about me right.”
The stone person stared at Li Xiandao in an unfriendly manner.
“You are the Nether Purple Mountain, a treasure mountain from Celestial World. Many people want to get you and you are also skilled. But why did you spend tens of thousands of years here?” Li Xiandao asked.
The stone person scoffed coldly, “I like it so why do you care?”
Li Xiandao looked at the arrogant stone person and knew that it was faking it. As expected from what he guessed, Nether Purple Mountain was in trouble.
“You don’t like it. You are just helpless.” Li Xiandao pointed out Nether Purple Mountain’s problem.
The stone person frowned and looked at Li Xiandao, “What do you know? You are just randomly guessing?”
Li Xiandao sat down and looked at that half filled tea cup, “I didn’t randomly guess. You know yourself. Do you know what I saw along the way?”
The stone person frowned and asked, “What did you see?”
“There are over a dozen Celestial tombs appeared in Eighteen Mile Region. Do you know something about that?” Li Xiandao asked.
The stone person cupped his hands and said calmly, “I have nothing to say.”
Li Xiandao looked at it and squinted. If he wasn’t so confident in taking Nether Purple Mountain down, he would have attacked. His attitude was too bad.
“Do you know?” Li Xiandao’s lips curled up.
“What?” The stone person looked at Li Xiandao in confusion.
“After I found out that those dozen tombs were related to you, I have been doing some thinking. You could have killed them in Heaven Sky, so why didn’t you enter Celestial World or find the Bank of the Universe. Why did you stay here?” Li Xiandao asked.
The stone man said stubbornly, “Why can’t I like the environment here?”
“The flowers and grass here are so beautiful. The blue sky and white clouds and well behaved dragon meridians. Am I not allowed to love this place?” The stone person asked.
“Of course, you are. You can use anything as an excuse, but in truth, you can’t move.” Li Xiandao said coldly.
The stone man stopped and sighed. He looked towards Li Xiandao with some thought and asked, “How did you know?”
“I don’t need to know, I just guessed it right away. Not only do I know that you can’t move, but I also know after killing those dozen celestials, you weren’t able to move afterwards and were forced to stay here.” Li Xiandao added.
“As for you loving the flowers, that is just an excuse. No matter how many flowers there are, none of them are growing on your naked mountain body.” Li Xiandao exposed his lies.
The stone person muttered, “My body is entirely purple crystal mines, so no flowers can grow which is why I like all of that.”
Li Xiandao didn’t disregarded the comment and asked, “Now, tell me what price you paid to kill those dozen celestials such that you were trapped here for 30,000 years?”
“If I tell you, can you solve it?” The stone person asked.
This was an admission that Li Xiandao was right. To kill those Celestials he had no choice but to stay here for 30,000 years.
“If you don’t tell me, then you will never be able to solve it. Moreover, your strength is dropping and soon you will lose everything.” Li Xiandao didn’t force it and just said calmly.
His calm tone struck Nether Purple Mountain’s heart. He kept silent for a moment before saying helplessly, “When I killed these celestials I was at my peak. Even if Heaven Sky had restrictions, I could have still killed them.”
Li Xiandao listened and didn’t say a word. He controlled the rights to speaking.
Since entering Nether Purple Mountain, Li Xiandao was directing the conversation. He slowly brought Nether Purple Mountain into his tempo. The two of them could speak equally but it turned to Li Xiandao asking and Nether Purple Mountain replying.
Like servant and master.
Nether Purple Mountain himself didn’t sense it and unknowingly his attitude towards Li Xiandao changed. Now, he was replying Li Xiandao’s questions.
“When I was killing those dozen Celestials, their combined attack hurt my main source.” Nether Purple Mountain’s mountain spirit said helplessly and his tone was filled with rage.
Without this, Li Xiandao couldn’t beat it now.
It didn’t need to reply to Li Xiandao’s questions respectfully.
“How did they injure you?” Li Xiandao asked curiously.
“The decay of the angel!” Nether Purple Mountain’s mountain spirit sighed and said in a depressed manner.
