Li Weiyin was tempted to pounce forward and scratch up his face.
This man was probably the jinx in her life. Whether it was the intellectually disabled Xu Yimo, or the currently arrogant Xu Yimo, both of them managed to trigger her emotions with a few words, making it impossible for her to remain calm!
Taking a deep breath, she told herself that this man was a stranger to her; he was not the same man that proposed to her the previous day. So, there was no reason for her to lose her temper over a stranger!
She quietly walked over to the dining table, picked up a fork and a knife, and enjoyed her breakfast slowly.
No matter how revulsed she felt, she could not torture her stomach. Especially when she couldn’t be starved.
Li Weiyin ignored Xu Yimo’s words. She did not eat faster, nor did she deliberately eat slower. By the time she finished, she had only used 20+ minutes.
Just as she finished eating, Xu Yimo turned off his computer, “Let’s go.”
“Where are we going?” Li Weiyin asked in confusion.
“Didn’t you say we were buying presents?” Xu Yimo asked with no emotion on his face.
“How do you know about this?” These were words that she had said to the other Xu Yimo. “Do you share the same memories?”
“Depends on the situation,” Xu Yimo replied casually.
Li Weiyin did not want to talk to him. If not because of the previous Xu Yimo, the two of them would be the most distant of strangers.
She didn’t actually know much about dissociative identity disorder, but she had heard that it involved multiple individual personalities, each with their own preferences. Apart from sharing the same body, the personalities were actually separate entities.
Xu Yimo walked ahead and left while Li Weiyin hesitated. But, in the end, she still followed him out.
She still had to buy gifts for Xu Yazheng and Mrs. Xu. Also, she had promised Guo Miaoxuan that she would visit Xia Ran after she returned, so it was only right for her to bring a gift for her too.
As for the matter between her and Xu Yimo, she had not thought about it carefully yet. After she came to a decision, she would speak to Mrs. Xu about it.

“Can you tell me why you married the little idiot?” Xu Yimo asked, breaking the silence halfway through their journey in the car.
“Aren’t you referring to yourself? Aren’t you the same person? You keep calling him an idiot. Don’t you know that he dislikes that?” Li Weiyin was finally triggered. She faced Xu Yimo head-on and gave him a scolding. “Don’t you share the same memories? You seem well-educated and gentlemanly, but you are just putting on airs and posing as a person with high morals.”
Great, her mind happened to be in a mess, the best thing now was for them to start fighting so she could just go her separate way!
